It was nice to have my husband’s birthday party here! Didn’t bring that much and didn’t have to clean that much and they let us stay longer then the allotted time! My mom had a bad experience with her pizza ordered it specialty. The front lady wouldn’t go see if it was done or not the volunteer kid gave it to her and when she got it it was cold.

This was our First time Trying Pizza Ranch. It was Awesome. The Staff, Manager & Owner. Were Extremely Friendly and Accommodating. We Told them it was our First Visit and They All made it a Pleasant one. They Have a Nice Selection of Food. A Salad Bar, if you’re not in the mood for Pizza, they Have Chicken, 3 different kinds of Potatoes, and Some Veggies, Pasta & Breadsticks. If Pizza is what you came for, They Don’t Disappoint! They will even Make a Pizza for you with your choice of Toppings and give you first Dibs at it. They Have an Arcade Room for the Kiddo’s, Teens or Young at Heart. And What I Love is that they have a TV that has Video of the Arcade Room so the Adults can Visit but still keep an Eye on the Kids While they Play. Another Big plus is they have Separate Rooms for your Special Occasion or Party. Senior Day is Wednesday with a Discounted Rate and Between 2 & 4pm Mon. – Fri. If You Haven’t Tried Pizza Ranch Yet, You need To. I will Definitely be Back.

I’ve visited a few times now and can I honestly say I have never craved buffet fried chicken and mashed potatoes before… until now. The pizza is mostly mediocre and you can expect it to be left out on the hot plate too long just like any other buffet. BUT THE CHICKEN, the chicken is fantastic. I only wish their carryout chicken prices were more reasonable and I would have no reason to go anywhere else for it.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Pizza Ranch at 21st and Tyler has the best fried Chicken around. I know… I know… “But they’re a pizza place!” It’s not my fault they got the name wrong. It should be called Chicken Ranch! The only thing better than their fried chicken is the hospitality and work ethic of Donnie (Dir of Sales/ Marketing) and the rest of the staff. I order corporate catering meals (fried chicken and all the fixings) there frequently because it’s such a hit. But I rarely ever make it in the store to eat myself. Well, today I did. The lady (didn’t catch her name) working the register was very nice and even gave the elderly couple ahead of me unsolicited advice that there is a daily senior discounted buffet 2pm-4pm. I was there before the lunch rush so I sat in a section that was completely empty. As soon as I took my seat, Mirage came right up to me to introduce herself as my server and made a cute joke about how I picked the good section because it was the “party” section. Even though there was no one else in her section at the time, I never saw Mirage stop moving. She was burning holes in the carpet between keeping an eye on her section, cleaning anything she could find, and doing the same to help the server, Tyler, in the section next to hers. As her section began to fill up, nothing changed. She was on her A game! I witnessed the same level of awareness and diligence from the staff working behind the buffet bar to keep the food options full and tidying up when there was nothing else to do. This location runs like a well-oiled machine and the hard work that the staff puts in shows.

I came in, grabbed a couple pieces of chicken, and a plate to throw the skin on. I wasn’t given enough time to even eat one piece of chicken. An employee came by to pick up the plate I was using to throw the skin on, asked if he could pick up the plate, and when I told him no, laughed at me. I understand that customer service is obsolete nowadays, but this was just plain rude. I seriously doubt I’ll ever be back, and this WAS one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend not coming here. Restaurants shouldn’t be rude.

We love our Pizza Ranch! The buffet is great and the kids love the arcade. The service has been wonderful every visit and the manager is very nice. The only negative is the price of the gluten free pizzas there, almost $20 for such a small pizza! The gf pizza crust tastes great though.

Great variety. Can have pizza, chicken, or use the good size salad bar. Never had anything bad there. The employees try their best to take care of customers & checking them & keeping the used dishes cleaned off the tables. They start when you come in up till you leave
