The only saving grace of the whole experience was that our delivery driver was very nice. Our pizza was not warm, 1 slice was flipped onto itself, and it did not have the classic Pizza Ranch taste. Every pizza is made the exact same, so no matter where you are at, you should be able to rely on a classic. The cookie that we ordered tasted burnt and was rock hard. They delivered to a hotel but waited until the pizza arrived to say oops, we are out of plates. If it was delivered to a home, that would be acceptable, but to a business, I would not expect the customer to provide the plates and napkins. I did not call to speak to anyone since the kids in the group were already starving, and we are not local, so free food would not have been helpful. Based on my experience, we will not order from here again, and I could not recommend it.

The dining room was dirty and unkempt. Food under the tables and the place had just opened for the day. The salad bar was gross and the dressings were empty. When I asked for more salad dressing I was met with attitude and told she was on break and I’d have to ask someone else. The atmosphere seemed hostile and it was a bother for me to be there. 10 out of 10 won’t recommend. Just my opinion.

We honestly have given this place 10 more tries than it deserves. It’s mediocre or disgusting at best most times. Why we think “this time will be better” is almost a joke at this point. We were charged the supper price at 3:02 pm. Had the parking lot been less than a maze to get into, we could have beat the clock & been there by 2:58 pm. Who the heck eats supper at 3 pm? Ridiculous. I’m going to say we’ve learned our lesson & never go back but that’s probably a lie based on the past. The chicken is excellent, IF it’s fresh. This picture pretty much sums up the place. I really have tried to like it.

Ate at about 3:00. Nothing was stocked up or fresh. We had to keep going to the counter and asking for things to be stocked on the salad bar. There was 2 pieces of chicken thigh and some old pizza on the buffet. For the price you charge, there should be something to eat that’s fresh. It wasn’t busy and the place didn’t look clean. I felt like I had to wash my hands after I left. Would not recommend!!!

Chicken and mashed potatoes were good, salad bar had empty dressing containers and some items were sparse. Definitely could use a good cleaning.

Was not overly impressed. I feel there was poor attention to the buffets. They were out of chicken ~ out of mashed potatoes ~almost out of gravy. At the salad table there were out of tomatoes, green peppers, and there was no spoon (no whatever) in the black olives. I realize they were trying to correct all these ” shortages” but they should’ve been taken care of before it got to this point

We went a couple days ago and the manager (teddy westside I believe), was extremely rude. when we got there all the chicken and mashed potatoes were gone, there was dried food and filth all over the food area. I even heard they have roaches I really tried to enjoy this place but it just isn’t worth it.

We just left pizza ranch and it was filthy! There was garbage and food all over the floor, the pizza had been sitting there for awhile with nothing fresh. Every time I have gone into this location, I have been disappointed. I wish they would take pride in their building, serving hot fresh food, because we love PR!

Came at lunchtime only 1 other table there and almost all the tables were dirty. The buffet area had food all over the counter and on the floor. The fried chicken was very dark in color and dry.
