Walked in and a employee on break had to get the owner who did not hear or see us come in, after 5 minutes of waiting and the owner finally walked to the counter with a horrible, disgusting rude looking face didn’t say a word to us. I said, “Hi” she said nothing back. I asked if the buffet was open and she said in a snobby voice “NO”. I was ready to walk out immediately. I was disgusted with the atmosphere, the customer service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Needless to say, Pizza Ranch in Milbank SD needs a new owner and a face lift. I will not be walking in those doors again!!

Hands down best fried chicken in the area. Had a large group going later in the day. Was told 3 different times as to when they close. Google says 8, first call they said 9p then second call 7:30p. Well during the week they do close at 9 p but buffet closes 7:30p. Communication could have been a little clearer but the food is great!

4 of us were heading home after a long weekend of camping. We love pizza ranch so we made plans to stop at the ranch in Milbank sd.. We got there about 11:30….To me the best part is their chicken.. It’s good at all of them. This particular place was no exception… Food was great as usual.. It is smaller then any of the other ranches that I had been into… The lady working was very friendly and helpful and occasionally checking to see if things were ok.. the serving rack was smaller then most others but they kept the pizza coming out… Good job!!
