Nice, clean restaurant. The food was good and my son filled his plate to overflowing even though he could go back up for more. He said the fries chicken was just what he had been looking for. They offered a few pizzas with stuffed crust even! Large arcade area for kids with TVs around the dining area where you can keep an eye on your kids who are playing.

Order a specialty pizza as soon as we paid everyone else ate still waiting on my pizza and never can out. The manager refunded my money back in a timely matter and said sorry. Not going to stop eating at this Pizza Ranch or others. Maybe next time I’ll have better luck when I order another specialty pizza

Update 8/5/21- we are back in the area and had to stop here. As always, place was clean, food was good and staff was friendly. Shut out to Ms. Esther… she was professional, friendly, nice. 🙂 . We will be back when we’re in the area again!

These places are mostly going downhill thanks to the younger generation of employees who honestly don’t care about service, respect or even offering a smile or friendly greetings. They would much rather just be on their phones and do the very bare minimum to get by. The pizza wasn’t great, the Chicken was very over fried and had been under the heat lights for too long. It wasn’t very busy so there really is no excuse. The location in Tea is much better.

Stopped in about two in the afternoon. I recommend not going at this time. You pay to have the same set up as your lunch or dinner service. Felt like you just got all the left over food. Didn’t put any soup out, desserts were bad, didn’t put anything fresh out. Except salad. Was very bad not hot. Chicken had nothing but thighs. Very disappointing. Considering we couldn’t tell enough people at how great this place was. But that was before the remodel. We hadn’t been in. And will probably scratch it off our list next time through Brookings. ☹️
