We had a family outing to pizza ranch on Saturday since we hadn’t been there for awhile. Not 5 minutes after we paid and sat down did we realize why we do not go there anymore. $65 for 4 people only to have 3 pizzas put up, 2 where the same kind on different crust, no breadsticks, no chicken, no lettuce, no gravy for potatoes and no dessert. We came at 6:30 so when you would assume they would have supper prepped but that was not the case! You couldn’t find staff to even talk to about the issues. Highly recommend eating somewhere else.

The pizza crust was fantastic! We put in a request for a couple dessert pizzas, and they had them out for us in around 5 minutes. The store manager was super friendly, and I didn’t see staff sitting around once.

Arrived and the place was not busy at all. Every single table was filthy and covered and dishes although no one was seated. Had to ask for tables to get cleaned. No food available at the buffet, waited 30 minutes to get some sort of food. Ice cream machine not working, no clean cups available so we all had disposable children cups to use. Pretty bad experience and we typically love Pizza Ranch. Paid $65 for nothing, pretty disappointed.

Ordered delivery last night. Took an hour and a half. Cheese Bread was so burned and bubbly only 3 pieces had cheese on them. Pizza was literally the worst pizza experience my wife or myself have ever had. We couldn’t even eat it. The pizza was so sweet like pure sugar and the black olives tasted rancid like they had been sitting out way to long. When we tried to call for our money back you were closed. At 8 pm. On a Friday. Pathetic and Unprofessional
