Probably the dirtiest Pizza Ranch I have ever been to. Couldn’t sit where we wanted as all the tables were dirty. In the back section, four more tables were dirty there too. Trash and food on the floors. Most of the food was nowhere near required food holding Temps, meaning it was cold to the touch. Very slow to refill anything. If they refilled it at all. Pasta was dried out and crunchy. Was going to picture it but employee was hovering over table making us very uncomfortable. They certainly weren’t filling or cleaning snything. Far from impressed with this Pizza Ranch. This one has a LONG way to go to even get close to the Portage location.

We got there at 7:30 pm and were told the buffet closes at 8 but we could dine until 9. There was still plenty of food and salad on the buffet so it was no problem. Still lots of pizza choices and a big pan of chicken which I really like. Food was good and hot.

Feed trough. A real step back. Out of clean dishes. One very Disrespectful young untrained pour etiquette little person. Take your hard earned $45.00 to a place where you’re appreciated. I can make four great meals at the house where your thought how and to teach how to be respectful, exercise humility, and exude gratitude. Don’t take it for granted.

Everything here was disgusting. The food, underdone. The workers, rude. This place felt morbid to be in. They ignored me while I was trying to pay so I could get buffet. As I tried asking for a pizza I was ignored yet again. The pizza was made perfectly so shout out to the pizza makers but the chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes were sand. The gravy was a soup, and cold. The desserts again were amazing should out to them, I was extremely disappointed with the outcomes of tonight at Reedsburg Pizza Ranch

This is one of our favorite places for dinner. You tend to wait around for fresh food as stuff runs out quickly or has been sitting, untouched for a bit. Once the fresh food is brought out, it’s fantastic.

Checked online, said open until 8:00. Arrived at 6:40, expecting to have buffet for family of 5. Cashier got us checked in and we went to the buffet but the salad bar containers all were either empty or almost empty. No lettuce. Went over to get hot food and only one kind of pizza, no chicken, no wedges, the other sides were low or way past their prime. Tried to do pasta and sauce but the pasta was crunchy. Went back to the table and we all sat there for a bit waiting to see them refill the buffet. Asked the staff person if they were planning on refilling the buffet because we saw no movement that way. This was close to 7 now. She said no it closes at 7. So why does it say 8 online if they don’t even tell you any other option than the buffet when you walk in and they don’t tell you that the scraps you see are what’s available to you. Also, why wouldn’t you tell the people coming I. That you don’t have food to serve them. Almost feels like a scam. Certainly not worth what we paid. Will make a different choice for family dinner after the next sports game.

Was told Reedsburg is better than Baraboo, totally disagree, the pasta on buffet was literally crispy (looked like it had been there since they opened, soaking in grease), chicken was raw, the chocolate chip cookies was dry and basically turned to powder when cut with a fork.

What a joke. No white meat chicken, no mashed potatoes and some dried up mess included with the buffet. Spoke to a manager who offered basically nothing. Drive a few extra minutes to the Baraboo location. This one STINKS!
