Ordered the 8 piece chicken pack and an extra 8 pieces of chicken to feed a family of 5. I live in Milwaukee, when I got home I was surprised I spent $7.99 on a single order of potatoe wedges just to see only 3 wedges inside the box. If I had ordered a family order of potato wedges will I only get 6 wedges? 1 wedge person? I am very disappointed, the chicken breast was cut in half not a whole piece. Definitely not worth the $55 I spent to get 14 pieces of chicken, 3 potato wedges and a cactus pie.

I had an incredible dining experience at Pizza Ranch! The wide array of pizza choices was impressive, and each one tasted fantastic. The chicken was also a standout, cooked to perfection. The variety extended to sides like chips, making the meal even more enjoyable.

Food is good. We like their pizza and their chicken. They no longer have the chicken tenders which is a bummer. Delivery is fast but the service in the restaurant for dine-out or take out isn’t great. There often isn’t anyone in the takeout counter area so I’d recommend going in the main door for your take out.

**NOW OPEN** I met the manager Ben for a quick second today and all is ready to go!! I will be there when they open and will have a review for you. I had dinner at another Pizza Ranch and the food was hot on the buffet, the salad bar was cold and crisp how it should be. The desert bar was awesome!! If the pizza your craving is not out on the bar they surly will get it out there for you. The chicken is great!! In fact ALL the food was great and wish it was around when my children were young, it’s just the kind of place we need in Watertown. If I remember correctly the price was very reasonable also.

You’d think a place that is a buffet would know how to keep the food stocked, this place never has the buffet stocked and you’re always waiting for them to make more pizza. The menu on the wall is also seriously out of date, they cover up items they don’t have with paper instead of replacing it with a current menu. I tried to order a 3 piece chicken meal with coleslaw from the menu, they don’t even carry 3 piece or coleslaw anymore. This place can go away already.

First time here. Floors very very sticky all over. Food was okay. The fried foods weren’t that good the oil needs to be changed. I wasn’t done with my plate of food sitting right in front of me and the lady working just came and took it from me she didn’t even ask if I was done she took it and walked away. Workers are okay but not a very good place.

Food was good when they actually had any. They seem to have a huge problem keeping any pizza filled. Employees stand around doing nothing but talking to each other while their buffet continues to remain empty.
