The restaurant was quiet, clean, with fresh hot food. The employees, whom a majority seem to be under 18… are super friendly and have great attitudes. Staff was very helpful with kiddos in the FunZone area, as needed. 🙂 !!!

Pizza was constantly out of stock the salad bar was ok! No soup at this location. My table was dirty. There was a nice bus boy that kept plates picked up, but the poor lady at the check out was in charge of filling the pizza and cashiering. They have a cooler that offers take home frozen pizza but it is in the worst spot of the restaurant. They need to move it so people can come and go with ease. Social distancing is not a concern here no one seemed to care. The game room was the clean part of the restaurant.

Food took forever to come out. Wouldn’t take a pizza request. No silverware. No plates. Lettuce was all brown. Never cleaned off table the whole time we were there. Plates were stacked on several tables surrounding us. Floors had food in them. Very dirty. Horrible experience spend over 50.00 and it was a waste of my hard earned money. I tired calling and the number is unavailable.

There was no chicken when we arrived. They brought out 12 pcs. Which were gone in two minutes. This happens almost every time we go. People just standing around in the back. Out of plates on pizza bar and salad bar. Not sure why we keep trying to give benefit of doubt.

Round ’em up and head ’em out to Pizza Ranch in Creston! This chain wears the Old West theme like a Stetson on a ranch hand….juuust right. Bring your appetite for vittles that come fresh off the chuck wagon. Salad bar, Pizza bar, and fried chicken plus soft serve ice cream. Plenty of room here and a game room to boot!

The arcade is the main reason to go, the buffet is getting so expensive and the pizza is mostly mediocre. Chicken and desert pizzas are amazing though.
