Wonderful service! Salami and mushroom pizza was tasty. The steak fries are awesome! Crunchy but moist interior. Honey garlic wings are delicious. Carrot sticks and celery with ranch are perfect additions to complete the meal.

Normally I enjoy having pizza night with the family here not ever again. I ordered #7 plus a salad and a two sides of Bbq sauce the young man was rude and texting on his phone. Had to keep going back up for items they missed like my veggies & ranch then had to go back up to ask the rude young man for the BBQ sauces. And yes I had already paid for theses items. This place is going down hill.

This is a fav now. Ordered combo 6, was not disappointed at all. Comes with a lot of food. More than enough for 2 adults. Pizza is almost the same as a home town favorite in Cali. Loved the option of sauce on the side for my wings. The staff was friendly!!

Unbelievable – it’s an old Shakeys from 1981 still serving all you can eat pizza and salad bar — FOR $12.99. Best tomatoes and home-made pizza sauce. Best lunch deal in Reno. Staff was flawless and so was the food.

Took an hour to get the smallest wing order that tasted like it came straight out of the refrigerator uncooked and just dumped Luke warm mild sauce on it. Then the garlic fries were actually completely frozen still. The lady serving us had only sorry and we have tweetle dee and tweetle dumb in the back cooking!? Is this the service to expect? I will never revisit trash like this place and the employees should be ashamed.

The food here is usually excellent. This time I was not happy with the wings. They were way overcooked – so much that the meat was pulling away from the bones and were really dry. I place my order over the phone to pick up and take home. I am sure they would have fixed it if I were eating it there but I did not wat to venture back out.
