Its an ok place to eat. Decent on prices I’ve encountered a few problems though. On 3 occasions they have given my order away to someone else. I had to sit & wait 25 mins for them to make another one. While my daughter sat there hungry after school & they couldn’t even give me even a small discount & I do suggest not to order pizza on $10 pizza Friday. The last time I ordered barbeque chicken pizza & there was no barbeque on the pizza at all. So I got a chicken & cheese pizza.

We went and ate the buffet but guess what the employees was to busy doing whatever else than making sure that the buffet was stocked they was on their phones the delivery guy had to tell them there wasn’t any pizzas on the bar! Get it together or hire someone that will work! Will not be eating here again we will be going to Rutledge would rather drive the extra miles to get better service the manager there is GREAT! The bad part is went in hungry and left having to go somewhere else to eat!

Pizza is good but the service is always lacking , been there twice and both times the order was not ready when told, the last time I was told 30 minutes and finally got it at 1hr 10 minutes. Had I not have already paid for it I would have just left.

Normally pizza plus is an easy go to for us and today we happened to be down instead of bean station where we do not live. We were hungry to we decided to stop in for some pizza. The food wasn’t great my moms sandwich was missing half of the stuff that was supposed to be on it when we ran out of water and asked for more they said they were out so they filled our cups from the sink in the back which would have been fine except the water was warm. The employees aren’t necessarily rude as much as they’re just not friendly which I could get past but the service was a little rough. They proceeded to ring up our food wrong and over charge us and when my mother mentioned it and asked for it to be fixed they did. Then after she walked out the door they begun calling her names and talking about her while I was still in there not realizing I was with her. Over all horrible experience.

Consistantly gets orders wrong, always extremely long wait times. Menu items consitantly not available. The food is ok (frozen pizza crusts). Unfortunately the only delivery option around. I have personally experienced horrible customer service while ordering. Demanding a tip for the driver just to send my order out after over 3 hour wait time. (I ordered delivery and they didnt lable as delivery, so when i called to check status they never sent it… never called me back to confirm). I would never not tip a driver, but after over 3 hours wait to demand a tip is ridiculous. Extremely unproffessional!!!

If we could give zero stars, best believe that’s what this Pizza plus would absolutely get!! My son ordered for delivery today at around 3:40p.m. or so. We are still waiting for that delivery!! Tried to call and cancel 3 hours later, they didn’t pick up the phone.
