This is one of the worse pizza plus’s around. They can never get your order right. I spent right at $60 and even tipped the driver $5. None of the salads we ordered was right. They were missing stuff and had stuff in them that wasn’t supposed to be in them. They sent the wrong size bacon cheese fry but made sure to charge me for the large. The calzone was supposed to have 3 meats in it and so not. The only thing that was right was the cheese sticks and a spaghetti and meatballs. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. You pay that much money you expect to get what you order!

We had came in too have the bar. The pizza was old that was on the bar upon arrival. Tough crust, hard to bite apart. The staff was very slow at getting pizzas out too the bar. We requested a dessert pizza for the bar after 20 plus minutes we paid and left. The last time we ate there we had kids that same experience so we have Decided to find a new pizza joint to take our business too.

Terrible experience. Started with a dirty table , appetizer took 20 min , was sub par , and served with meal. Food is of cheaper quality , and price is above average. There is a reason the parking lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Any other place in Jonesborough would be a better place. Rick

Terrible all the way around. In one year we have tried getting pizza from here ordering on line. The first time I got a call that they couldn’t fulfill our order because they were closing due to no staff. Second time I got a call that they could not deliver because they had no delivery driver. Third time (5/17/23) I got another call no delivery driver so we decided to pick it up due to all the commercials about fresh ingredients (ha). We pick up our pizzas and they are raw except for the edges. Complete flour taste, gummy feel. We called to see what they will do, NOTHING unless we drive back with the pizzas‼️Don’t waste your time, gas or money. What a joke!

7-22-23, Saturday evening buffet. Got up and got my own refill and for all 4 orhers at table. Waited way too long for any pizza. 1 apple dessert pizza hit the buffet on 35 minutes. Lost my business. Oh well

We go and eat here about 2 Friday’s a mth and this will be our last time this evening. We arrived and there were barely any pizza on the bar and what pizza was on the bar was disgusting. I eat a salad waiting for fresh pizza, I eat almost the whole salad and there’s 2 black hairs on bottom of plate. Pizza finally comes out and crust is so hard you can barely eat it. So, I paid $24 for a small salad with hair and few pieces of pizza. This used to be one of my fav places to eat, but I’ll be reconsidering now. Also, ask for a dessert pizza and it took almost 20mins for them to get it out.
