I’m not sure what’s up with this location but they need help. I was here once before and the dishes all had black blobs on them (there were still black smudgable spots today too) and it too nearly 2hrs to get our pizza because they gave it out in the drive thru. It wasn’t quite that long tonight, but the server kept apologizing for being slow yet kept doing other things instead of taking our order. Things like tending to the salad bar when no one was there or wiping down the soda station when that could be done AFTER taking our order. I won’t be back.

We usually do pick up so I cannot say for dine in, but the manager and staff should be paid a lot more for their hard work. Under staffed but produce good quality food and are always friendly.

If you call and ask a normal question like “do you delivery” they hang up on you if there unable to IVE called multiple times and they always hang up on me and I’ve had them do it to people I know they need new management asap!

Your pizza is S***!!! Do you realize a BBQ chicken pizza is more than 6 pieces of chicken and cheese? Where are the bacon and onions? Where is the flavor? Probably the worst looking and tasting pizza I have ever eaten. Poor food. Sadly.

Always have good food and fast delivery. Sometimes pizza isn’t cooked as well as I like it, but no complaints. I can always throw it in the air fryer. People are always friendly, which is important to me.

We’ve used this pizza plus countless times and have never had an issue. Knock on wood but we’ve been pleased with their service and love the pizza. It’s hard to find workers right now and logistics with getting supplies has been an issue for all companies..plus price increases. It all trickles down the chain and I assume these guys have had the same issues as well.

Literally the worst service i have ever had! And I was the only person in the restaurant. The incompetent waitress took my order, or so i thought, 40 minutes went by and still no pizza. The waitress checked on me 1 time at the 10 minute mark and refilled my drink. Not once after that did her or any of the other 2 employees even attempt to check on me. After a gentleman who had ordered a to go after i ordered received his food i went up to the front to check on status of pizza. It was then that i found out that waitress never even put the order in cause she said i never ordered the pizza. Trust me i didn’t go in to Pizza Plus to eat just a salad, the salad bar is lacking at best. So after all that he offered to make a pizza, but i told him that i now had to get back to work. On top of all this bad service he still charged me $10.44 for the sub par salad and coke. Customer Service is a Joke!!! You definitely just lost a customer, but something tells me you won’t care. Thanks again for just another reson not to eat a Pizza Plus.
