They have a few locations and I appreciate the constancy of the food and service. I wouldn’t say it’s the greatest pizza in the world but I always know what I’m getting and never had a bad experience from any pizza plus. Also if you haven’t tried one yet try a calzone from here. They’re pretty darn good.

I started calling at 6:36 pm, phone immediately was disconnected each time (10 times) , tried to order online unsuccessfully, finally got an answer at 6:50 pm and was told they close at 7:00pm which I already knew which is why I tried to order 25 minutes before then so I wouldn’t have to make them work over. I have family that works at Food City and patronizes your business frequently but this customer service is ridiculous. If you don’t want orders past 6:30 then close at 6:30. I guess a miracle happened and the phones just happened to work at 6:50 after the ovens were off. I sure don’t get this treatment at the location in Mountain City.

A good pizza place with fast service. What sets this one apart is the outstanding customer service we received when we went in. It was a Saturday and they have a great deal on pizzas. The cashier went above and beyond in explaining the options and working with us to get exactly what we wanted. She was amazing. When in Damascus this is now on our list of stops if we are looking for pizza, sandwiches, not only because it’s good but because the customer service is amazing.

I don’t understand why so many people are leaving bad reviews for this place. I’ve ordered from the Damascus location on several occasions and the service has always been great, my order has always been right, and the staff are friendly. The pizza, in my opinion, is delicious. Is it wood fired, artisan style pizza? No, but they don’t advertise it as such. If you’re wanting a solid, tasty pan pizza comparable to pizza found at chain joints, then look no further.
