This is the best pizza in town and it’s not even close. The crust is always cooked to perfection, they have a delicious rotation of specials, and the service is great. If you dine in or arrive early for a pick up, try the Basil Smash from the bar – it’s so unique and flavorful. Their ranch is house-made and a must try. If the “Mortadella Man” special was made a permanent part of the menu I would have absolutely no notes Hoping they bring it back soon!

Today we went and tried a couple drinks and some wonderful food. The best drink I had was a basil cocktail, I believe it was called a basil smash definitely a 10/10 if you like basil. We also tried the Korean wings with gorgonzola ranch and the white garlic sausage. The wings were crispy and generously sauced and the pizza had a cartoon level cheese pull. We will definitely be frequenting pizza payaa in uptown.

The best pizza in town, period, and the wings are phenomenal! Great space, the bar staff is amazing (wait staff can be hit or miss), the manager is on top of his game, and the owners love for good food and quality service shows up everywhere.

What an awesome Detroit Style pizza! Topping were fun and the service was great. We got a table on the 2nd floor and it was fun watching all of the activity. The Tammy pizza was great. We did a DIY with chicken and red sauce…..also, spot on. Might become a new fav place . Oh, and the ranch was really good……might be a take home replacement for the Avanti’s ranch.

We sipped, we ate, we loved it all! The brussel sprouts are my favorite appetizer. Honey Badger is my favorite pizza. Payaa pineapple and basil smash were both wonderful drinks. My husband’s favorite is the (pictured) Hot Boy pizza.
