I ordered and paid for one pizza online. My son arrived five minutes past the estimated pick up time only to find it had not been made. He chose to wait for it despite possibly being late to work. He went back inside after waiting over ten minutes to his car only to be asked if he could wait longer because they had dropped the first one on the floor. He was late to work and there was no compensation offered. He did good to walk out with the pizza I ordered.

The pizza was small! I called to complain and according to them, if it’s a red box, it’s a large. I do not recommend ordering from this location. A large is the same size as their cheesy bread.

I was there picking up an order for my sister. There were 5 to 6 round trays with dough that fell on the floor from the rack. I saw them just fix the dough and put them back on the rack. What kind of person does this? The same person that charges you at the counter and sells them to you because she thinks it’s ok.

I had come in there about 30 minutes before it was closing time. One of the young girls in particular was really nice. I’m not sure if she was a manager but I was surprised by her professionalism and friendly attitude. Definitely not one of those pizza joints run by ghetto people!

Overall TERRIBLE if not the worst customer service ever, every time you call they have an attitude is like they get upset if you order something, I use to work at a pizza place and I get some people are rude but they are always rushing you off the phone and don’t even let you finish talking before saying “anything else” like uh yeah I’m ordering toppings. Something needs to be done all reviews are about horrible customer service
