I ordered two pizzas here online and selected crispy crust for mine. I received the crispy one with raw dough. I called, brought it back to the store, and the woman there said she wouldn’t make me a new one because it would come out the same. She gave me my money back, but why are there three options online for crust type if you can’t remake a pizza and cook it longer so it’s not raw? The other pizza that had normal crust was crispier than the pizza that had crispy selected.

I ordered online account was charged 24.09 for pizza but the store said they didn’t get my order when I called spoke with Martha Robles Galicia she said come to the store and when I arrived she had horrible attitude towards me she stated you made it online so it’s not her problem because I didn’t hand her my card in her hand . I asked for manager , she said for what? Maybe tomorrow, I said but I ordered my pizza tonight and tried showing her the pizza Parton app. She said No , asked her for her name and customer service number, she dug in trash and torn off a piece of receipt , said do you want my date of birth as well. I was appalled. By the customer service by this staff member to me the customer to have me waste my time and gas , just to be treated in such a manner is unacceptable and ridiculous . I will definitely called my bank to dispute the charges and will call everyday till I spoke with the General Manager

They never delivered my pizzas to my school. I had a parent go get the pizzas after being late for 1.5 hours and they didn’t have my order ready. My students had to go home with pizza in a ziploc bag. All the manager could do was offer excuses. He said he discounted all of our pizzas for my school but Once I asked for the receipt he spoke to the cashier in Spanish (assuming I couldn’t understand Spanish) and she printed a bogus receipt time stamped for 4:21pm which was the time I was standing there. I will never order from there again.

Pizza is always good. Person answering phones needs to know the correct street location. Tried to place a phone order, cancelled because I was looking for the one on West Bellfort but lady said they were on Bissonnet. Keep info sheet by the phone. Came in and ordered in person.
