My experience with this location never been great. I’ve given it a try a couple of times and Customer service is poor. I orders two pizza and one of them is burnt and it looked like they added two pizza to make one. Very disappointed. I ordered custom pizza so it can be fresh but it wasn’t. I honestly don’t know what to do. It’s love the Hawaiian but when I order it how it is it’s never fresh. It took 10 min to attend me. I used the app to order and pick up. It’s very easy when your on the go. The app is a bit confusing and lagging at the time. It takes me a bit to order. One reason I like the app is because I can order and someone else can pick up.

Ordered by phone 5/8/23 had to go back after picking up my order because both pizzas were extremely undercooked. When I got there the Im assuming “girl in charge” did not apologise or even offer to remake my order so I asked for a refund. She didn’t even know how to do refunds, I was not given store credit either. She called her manager “Cameron” on her phone and he told her they don’t give refunds and to get my email so he was email me the next day and I have yet to receive an email. I left with store without my order and without a refund. Still waiting on an email because according to the girl in charge that night she wasn’t sure when the manager was going to be in and he only comes in sometimes. Emailed customer service and still waiting to hear from them as well. Absolutely ridiculous, very unprofessional and irritating and still waiting for a refund… I don’t recommend this place

I ordered a chicken enchilada pizza which is advertised as having “poblano sauce” and topped with cilantro. The pizza I got was made with Alfredo sauce and came with no cilantro. When I called in to let them know I was told that their poblano sauce is basically just Alfredo (pretty big false advertisement) and they forgot to add the cilantro. Ok that’s fine, but what’s not fine is rather than just issue a credit and move on they said I needed to drive all the way back WITH the pizza so they can verify we didn’t eat the whole pizza in order for them to make a new one. They really believe I’m going to lie about a $10 pizza? That’s a rude thing to insinuate about your customer. I told them just forget about it I don’t even care to drive all the way back to their store to prove my innocence. Learn to run a business rather than argue with and assume your customer is trying to get over on you for a free pizza. Any other respectful restaurant is going to issue a credit and move on to keep business by failing to do that you lost my business and that’s pretty sad because I actually really enjoyed coming here. I just called and this girl told me that the wait was 2hrs really. So I had my nephew call and she told him 20-25 min my friend called and she told her 2hr. Sounds like she doesn’t want female customers. I will not be going back there anymore.

Pizza was good but the service was horrible. There was 4 girls just gossiping and joking loudly the whole time. We ordered and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and we were the only ones in the lobby. Finally after 35 minutes of waiting I went to the front and asked how much longer and the food was ready for who knows how long just sitting in the heater box thing. Staff had an attitude. Music was so loud the cashier couldn’t even hear me place my order.

Last time I was there was Sunday evening. It was super busy but management was on it. I was welcomed, got my order on time and the food was hot and made just the way I wanted. Everyone was super nice, The store was clean. Thank you pizza patron.
