Wonderful place! Great food! The deep dish is amazing, it’s the only crust my kids will eat! You Definitely get your money’s worth, you’ll know what I mean when they hand you the box. Remember to lift with your legs and bring a spotter. It’s a comically heavy box full of the best pizza in LC!

I couldn’t find a Chicago-style pizza anywhere in El Paso. My buddy found Pizza Palazzo online and we made the trip today (Saturday) to pick up a few pies. We didn’t check whether they offered dine-in or not (our bad) so if you’re wondering – they don’t. My order consisted of a colossal pizza and some cheese sticks.

The first pizza is what they advertise the second pizza is what we got. When I called to complain I was told I would get a refund. I did not. If you zoom in you can see the little plastic thing that is supposed to keep the box off of the top of the pizza is smashed into the pizza it also looks like the delivery driver carried the pizza to the door sideways. On pizza 1 you can clearly see toppings and cheese. Not so much on pizza 2 hardly any toppings, little cheese and unpleasing to the eye. I would have been happy with pizza 1 and given a good review. If you read Melissa Connells review she is my girlfriend and you can see what Pizza Palazzos answer was and you can decide for your self who is telling the truth. I will never order from them again.
