Update: the pizza here has really gone down hill a lot. Last time I got pizza there was literally burnt pieces of cheese, crust, etc all over the bottom of my pizza. There was one piece about the size of a quarter. The place needs a serious deep cleaning and better help.

Ordered a pizza tonight 10/10/21, cheese and bacon with creamy garlic sauce. Went to pick it up 40 minutes later and they gave us a thin crust cheese. We let them know we want the pizza we originally ordered. So what do they do…dumped thinly chopped garlic on every square inch of the pizza….it is disgusting! No creamy garlic sauce just like 20 garlic cloves chopped up and put on our traditional pizza sauce…we ordered cinnamon sticks and it was the breadsticks with cinnamon and sugar and NO ICING!!! those are gross too…what happened tonight! The time before our pizza was burnt. The time before that they said an hour and came almost 3 hours later. After I called and the kid asked me if I still wanted a pizza and he would stick it in because he forgot to put it in…this place has really just gone down…I am officially done eating there.

Not a fan of seeing employees underwear from more than one employee. Pizza was overcooked, and we were the only customers there and not once did they ask if everything was ok. In the past it was much better. Hope this was just a one time thing. And who puts pepperoni under the cheese, gross.

They are lucky i even give them a 1 star!!! The place is a joke!!! I ordered 4 sandwhiches from there last night and breadsticks. It was awful the meat was so dried out the bun was in was so burnt and dried out nasty!!!!! The place itself looks disgusting!!! I wont waste my money at the gilman location ever again

Everytime we have come here, the food is phenomenal! The owner recognizes us when we walk in the door. We have been coming here for around 10 years and now we make a trek from Champaign just for the pizza.
