I always order fried oysters from them and today the guy in the counter recommended me with the jumbo shrimp platter and this was also amazing. This place always makes me happy and they have the good coustmer service.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pizza Palace. The moment I called to place an order, I was met with the most unprofessional and rude customer service I’ve ever encountered. The person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and impatient, as if my order was a burden to them. Their tone was condescending and dismissive, and frustrated. I was truly looking forward to trying their food, but this terrible customer service experience has left such a sour taste that I don’t think I’ll ever give them another chance.

Ordered food at counter to take home. One of my subs was completely different sub from what I ordered. Called them and was told I could drive back and they would make me a new one. They would not deliver one to me. I asked for a refund and said they could not. I was told the owner would call me when he comes in. I never recieved a phone call.

I dinned here with few friends and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We had the Hawaiian dish pizza also with our own custom pizza. We also tried their cheesestakea and their wings. We absolutely loved everything! The new management has really upscaled this place up

This place is the worst I had a bug in my sub sandwich and when I called to let them know they left me on hold and never returned back I called again and they told me it was no way a bug was in my food. I would give it a NO STAR rude people no customer service
