The pizza was decent, I wasn’t a fan of the wings. I ordered the Hot Honey Pizza but subbed pepperoni for salami. The pizza was tasty but nothing over the top, the crust was chewy, and toppings were good. The wings looked amazing but once I bit into them they were partially crispy but also had a tough skin, they weren’t my favorite. The place is cool and was designed like a trendy pizza diner. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it but wouldn’t be disappointed if I had to go.

This place should be packed on a nightly basis! I don’t know what marketing they’re doing but this place is a hit! This place is and will be an anchor for the sprouting community they’re in. I hope they serve and get business from every single hotel in the 2 mile radius its in. The staff are super friendly and have patience while you figure out the menu. You can come and watch a ball game or come in a huge group and enjoy their amazing pie! I believe this place can be the leader of pizza in the state. The pizza is extraordinary. Get up and go now! I’ve had it twice since this review and both times the place was mildly busy but there should be a line out the door from the time they open to close. If they are able to continue to produce the product they have and maintain the atmosphere at a high volume, they will be able to expand to many cities in MN (GUARANTEE IT) Everybody needs to know about this place. I’m going to make sure my company caters from this place. OF COURSE I’ll be back! Tell me what you think about it when you go! (You get a cookie with a kids slice of pizza)

I stopped in because I had this place on my list of spots to try. Chris was the front person today and steered me towards the Novara deluxe pizza. It was excellent! I loved the crust, sauce, and toppings were generous but not overwhelming. I would recommend this pizza spot to anyone looking for a fun, smallish spot for a relaxed experience, but also, EXCELLENT PIZZA!

We opt for this place because we have small kids. We figured, there should be something for everyone. It’s not bad… especially getting off the plane and everyone is super hungry. This pizza was drier than we liked (didn’t finish it). Both salads were great portions, but nothing special. I did, however really enjoy the wings. The lot stays FULL, but not for this place. It was quite dead… and we went around dinner time because the lot was full, I guess it was for Hazelwood. Either way, we didn’t finish the food. It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t spectacular.

This was our first time here and we loved it! Tara helped us and provided outstanding service and a few laughs. The pizza was delicious with quality crust, really good sauce, but the toppings as good as any they’re competing with. One other thing we noticed- they’re right across the street from the Mall of America, but it really has a neighborhood feel in a good way. If you’re nearby and want really good pizza with great service, give Pizza Novara a try.

Great spot. We usually go to Hazelwood next door, but wanted to come try this place since our server told us they own this too and love their pizza. Pizza crust was not too thin and done well. Wasn’t overly sauced and the sauce was seasoned well. The cheese on the margarita pizza had great flavor and salt level. The meatball hoagie was great too. Doughy bread with good chew, meatballs has a good consistency and we’re a good size. Sauce was also on the side, which was great because a lot of places drown the hoagie in it. Pricing was in line with what it should be and they didn’t add all of the B.S. surcharges to the bill either.

We were staying at a local hotel and found Pizza Novaro on Google and decided to try based on the great reviews – we weren’t disappointed! We chose delivery, and both our pizza and salad were excellent – definitely in the top 10% of pizza joints. The key differentiator for any pizza is the sauce (mozzarella is mozzarella, and a pepperoni is a pepperoni just about anywhere). Novara’s sauce has that fresh taste that is so rare today with a nice basil accent – near perfect in my opinion. The only downside is there wasn’t quite enough of this fine sauce for my liking, but that really is a matter of personal preference, and both my boys thought it was a fine amount. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the crust also tasted handmade.
