I love this pizza place. It’s been there since I was little. They have a variety of food to order. The ladies working there are super nice and helpful and the food is made when you order it. Delicious pizza and I love they still have the RC cola because I love how they still use home brands.

Dear fellow pizza lovers… Pizza Nova can be a real gem when they WANT TO BE. I’ve had guest say this is the best pizza that has ever graced their mouths. THIS level of quality from Nova however isn’t consistent. It’s not often but I do have to send a order back, due to ingredients being added on that we did not order. We ask the ladies on the phone to please put in a note for NO CORMEAL. The crunchy blended corn under the pizza is not wanted in my home. Pizza Nova always accepts my return in a very professional manner and gives me what I originally ordered. We double tip often because the drivers are not at fault. Plenty of times I ask for extra cheese so that there’s actual cheese covering everything because the corners are just bread. This place used to be the best for me until today. The manager is very rude and when I expressed my anger he talked back with big balls. Lately they have been making mistake after mistake and they dont care. They take the money but the service is very bad. I know this review might not matter, even that they lost me as a customer does not matter to them, but I’m still posting this review. If you hate bad customer service, don’t keep giving your business to this place. Of you don’t care about the service, help them continue with the bad customer service. Very bad service, well mostly bad cashiers. Ordered a combination deluxe and a slice of pizza over the phone, they said 15 minutes, ok. Got there my combo was ready but the slice was not. Asked them for the wait time said she would check walked away, came back and ignored me, so i asked her again, she said you don’t have to be rude with a nasty attitude, i said, i ordered my order over the phone so it can be ready in 15 minutes like you said and now I still have to wait another 15 minutes till a new pizza is done. No thank you. Been going there for years and now think I’m going to do Naty’s. Food alright at Novas but there service has gone down the drain.

I order from here often and I always order the same thing. I can take the rude cashiers and will wait 45-60 mins for the pizza because its the best around!! But what irritates me the most is when they finally deliver my order and its wrong. I called and spoke to the manager on duty to see what can be done(since I get pizza from here literally all the time for my family) and got into an argument with him over why HIS staff didn’t notate the information correctly. I told him to hold on a second and not get all riled up, that I called to simply find a solution to this error, not to argue with someone. After some harassment from the manager, he said he’d send me a personal “mushroom and sausage pizza” which I then corrected him AGAIN and said “no, mushrooms and PEPPERONI”

I came in today to pick an order up. This place is dirty! I don’t know how it got to this point! Two years ago I would see a a girl with blonde hair and tattoos scrubbing the walls on the other side and running back to attend customers while the other cashiers would use their phone near the manager. This establishment isn’t it. I asked the cashier if they were the ones to clean since all tables were dirty and I wanted to sit in my table and wait. She said she doesn’t clean but the others did? I waited to speak to the manager unfortunately the girl did tell me he was busy and they’ll give me a call for my concerns but I never received a call. This order was placed at 3 and I left this place at 5:20.

I usually order twice a week and today I had the worst experience ever the manger was yelling at me because the delivery driver was supposedly waiting for me outside for a while and the whole time they was trying to get into contact with them and they would not answer and kept hanging up on me!! I asked for refund and did not want the pizza anymore and he would not give me one!!! Will never order from here again!!! Hope nobody does!! They need to learn how handle customers!!
