This review is solely about customer service, after our experience over the phone we didn’t end up ordering any food. Before calling I looked up the Pizza King menu online, first I tried to order something that was listed on the online menu, but apparently not available at this location. No big deal, I was going to order something different to go along with the special that was again listed on the website. The poor girl that answered the phone was nice, but had to refer questions to someone else. The lady in the background came off annoyed with us about trying to order something that they don’t offer, but when I referred to the special listed online, she made it clear that she was very annoyed using a harsh tone that they don’t offer those specials. A explanation is fine and wouldn’t have prevented us from ordering, but after the way she came at us, we were happy to order elsewhere. Advice to others – be sure to look for Tipton’s menu specifically they are a franchise and don’t follow what is listed on the Pizza King website.

This staff was the friendliest and most attentive I have came across in a long time! They went out their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly have needed without us having even needed ask. They were so friendly to our daughter, even giving her a prize from the claw machine.

Ordered bread sticks, pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a stromboli. The food was definitely HOT and fresh! The lady even brought my brother out a cupcake for it being his birthday.

Royal Feast pretty disappointing. Had a fair amount of salty meat, but all the other ingredients were pretty much non existent. What cheese it had was in the center, and as it spread out to the edges, pretty thin. Been a few years since I’d had the Royal Feast, and as it stands now, probably be a few years until I try it again.
