I don’t come here for a long time and then every time I come back there is some issue with my order. I ordered a stromboli full size with extra cheese. The bread was still soft and very little toppings and extra cheese that I paid $1.49 for was non-existent.

Came here for lunch on a Friday with coworkers – no one else was there. Service was delightful! Our order arrived quickly and was delicious. Not all pizza kings are the same I’ve found – this one was excellent!

Their computers were down and I stood there for 20 minutes with my food on the counter getting cold while they were on the phone with, I guess IT trying to fix the computer. They finally got it to accept my card off line, by that time my food was ice cold. When I got home one of the sandwiches was made wrong. For as expensive as pizza king is my food should have been remade before I left. When I was a kid pizza king was the king of pizza but anymore when you order it is hit and miss and most of the time it’s a miss. Not sure I’ll order from pizza king ever again…..

Okay I just want to let you guys know that when I moved to Southern Indiana and I saw that they had a pizza king, I was so excited but let me tell you Southern Indiana’s pizza king is just plain awful! It doesn’t compare to the pizza king in Anderson. The employees in Anderson need to train the staff in southern Indiana because they are not making good tasting pizza!

This Pizza King location is getting better. My expectations for Pizza King are high because of the price tag. It all comes down to not skimping on toppings, presentation, and good customer service. My last two visits have been a lot better than from past times. For a while I was driving past Nicole Pizza King to go to Madison. Much better the last couple times I went there. Hoping to continue to see it trending in the right direction.

I ordered a 14 inch sausage pizza. They said it would take 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, they said they hadn’t started making it. When I finally got home, they had made the pizza wrong. When I went back and waited for a new pizza, they handed me a wrong one again. So I waited for a third one. They never offered me a discount, refund, or anything.

Was the only pizza king on town to be able to serve Madison Ave had a 3 hour wait ? Columbus Ave had no crust? This one had everything but forgot to make my order so I had to wait there an additional 20 min and then they forgot my cheese for the breadstix after I asked 2x honestly I think it’s time to cut all my loses and stay home
