A legacy of quality,that took generations to develop. Its an East Central Indiana cultural institution. Just look at their price point. It is with great sadness that I have to resort to this, but after several disappointing transactions, this latest transgression takes the proverbial “pie”. I always request light cheese, well done, to mitigate the de-evolving service which plagues the food service industry of the current times. The last several transactions have been a complete let down, I thought lets try one more location, one more time….So I gave the Anderson Broadway store a chance at redemption. However after receiving a box of barely cooked, inedible slop, and being called a liar , due to their incorrectly posted hours, I waited until next day to call , and was yelled at and hung up on. I’m no longer paying this premium to be disappointed and insulted. I will miss the savory delicious pizzas of past, but at least I have memories of a once stellar institution.The level of incompetence required to destroy this legacy is absolutely heartbreaking!!! Goodbye my King!

This is the second time I have ordered the daily special and have been charged the full price. The first time I had them change the bill and it took them 15 minutes to correct it. This time I didn’t have the time to wait. If you are going to offer a special you should charge correctly, maybe have your cash register programmed to do it automatically. Not happy.

Purchased an XL Royal Feast and garlic bread with cheese. 2 pieces of bread for $4 is way overpriced. The Royal Feast was not as good as it used to be there. Guess we have to go further south to get a good pizza at a Pizza King.

I dined in on Valentine’s day and it was very good service I worked at Madison Ave. Store 17 for 15 yrs and other pizza s for five more years were the best years of my life I miss my fellow employees and the memories we had I was the one who won the plaque for the most cleanest store in Madison county from the health department 2003

I had a delivery and they sent me burt bread sticks I ordered 2 cups of cheese and they didn’t bring any. When I called for a replacement the manager said all he could do was give me credit on my next order. Said he was to busy to send me another order. Thanks pizza king I had to eat my pizza without any breadstick. Unhappy with them.

I love Pizza King, especially a Washburn pizza which is a specialty pizza made in Elwood and I believe in Alexandria on a regular basis, and the Washburn pizza kinda has its own Fan Club!! Unfortunately, many of the other Pizza Kings in the Madison county and surrounding areas seem to be annoyed if asked to make a Washburn for the customer, so here’s my helpful tip: Just request the pizza (whatever size) be made with BBQ sauce,

I ordered pick-up, only because the employee who answered said they would not deliver to my house. Even though it’s exactly 1.0 miles away. Employees NEVER suggestive sell. I asked the price of a 14in ($26) then I had to remind the lady of the $26.99 daily special that included a 14in royal feast, order of bread stix, and 2 drinks. They didn’t give me the 2 liters of Soda. Bought a cookie only to get 2 burnt cookies. But the pizza was good, sevice; not so much
