All they are working there are children that don’t have any pride in their work. They ignore you when you sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes blowing your horn, knocking on the window then calling them to let them know you are there. Then get attitude from. Then you get home to a half burnt pizza, not the first time I might add, and the toppings are only on 3/4 of the pizza. Call me petty but I work hard for my money and I’m sick of shotty service and barely editable food.

Very poor service. Placed a order a hour and half before I wanted to pick it up. It’s was no problem. I get there and it’s not ready. I was told 10 mins. And the oven was backed up. I was not waiting. I gave more than enough time. The is unacceptable. The service at Pizza Joes in Cortland has gone down hill. I will not be back.

Ordered 3 large pizzas one extra cheese and pepperoni, which looked like a regular pepperoni pizza no extra cheese, a poor man’s pizza which hardly has anything on it and they charged 70.00. Awful how much does dough cost?

My family has been frequenting this pizza joes location for the last 7 or so years. It used to be spectacular. Within the past 2 years it’s went downhill so far. I excused many past incidents due to inadequate staffing and the pandemic but today was the last straw. We will no longer be patrons of this location. We got two 9 cut pizzas. Both were cut so awful and uneven my 9 year old could of done a better job in his sleep. The toppings of both were slapped together super sloppy. The vegetable toppings on one weren’t even cooked and were still crunchy as if they weren’t cooked at all. Normally I wouldn’t complain and haven’t up until this point but when you pay close to 40 dollars for two 9 cut pizzas you expect some degree of quality. Never again. Step up your game cortland pizza joes! -signed a very unsatisfied customer and her family.

third time getting the complete wrong order, and some of the workers have terrible attitudes. the place was closed after we realized it was wrong this time so we couldn’t even get it fixed.

I’ve been going here for years. Not any longer. The pizza we picked up last night was horrible. The workers are extremely rude and to top that off they charged me an additional 75 cent “convenience fee “ for using my debit card !!! Yeah bye bye pizza joes ! It’s time to find another pizza place

Was highly disappointed in my last visit here. We ordered 5 large pizzas to be picked up at 4:30 for a party that started at 5:00. I had my sister pick them up for me, she arrived on time (4:30) yet they had none of our pizzas even started. Everyone showed up at 5:00 expecting to eat but we didn’t have our pizza until 5:30. Both me and my sister were highly upset about it (and embarrassed) but it was too late to get food anywhere else. Everyone started eating the pizza and I had several people comment that the pizzA didn’t taste good. Some of the pizzas were overdone, some were underdone, and the toppings were extremely skimpy. Pizza Joes offered us no money off our order and no refund for anything. I get that labor is rough for a lot of businesses right now and they are struggling financially, and I used to work in the food industry myself. I’m very understanding and patient. However, I find my last visit to be beyond unacceptable. And simply because I wasted so much money, I won’t be ordering from here anymore. This used to be our favorite go to place for pizza (mainly the veggie), but we will be giving pretty much anywhere else our business from now on.

Went from amazing to horrible. It’s impossible to even place an order now. The new phone policy has them ignoring phone calls half the time. Spent 20 minutes trying to call in an order and literally never got through to anyone. Either it was busy or when it did connect no one picked up in time for it to not go over to voice mail. This is how you lose lifetime customers.

The door was open so I’d assume the store was open, walked in had to yell for assistance but they yelled back rather then come to counter I waited a few yelled excuse me can you help me please. She rushed in all flustered and disgruntled “we are closed that door should be locked” I laughed and said well I don’t have the keys to let myself in sorry.

Worst customer service ever. I was treated rudely from the second I called and when I had the nerve to ask her to read back my order, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a man who did the same thing. When I had my fiancée call, he was told they were too busy and then he hung up on him! How do you run a business with such awful service? Canceled our order and will NEVER order from them again.
