When we first arrived the pizza on the buffet was old and hard, had been sitting out to long. Fresh pizzas were soon to arrive. Fresh pizzas were good. Service was good.

Ordered a pizza online, only to come to the store 30 minutes to later to be told that the order was never received. I showed the cashier the email where I placed the order and only got a “sorry.” Manager wasn’t available.

It happened to be a night where there was a fund raiser going on. That impressed me because I believe in helping kids. The food was great, and they put fresh food on the buffet continuously. It was an enjoyable experience.

They appeared over staffed but yet had we to wait forever for a to go order we placed while we dined in. they still didn’t have our order ready by the time we were done eating and numerous employees kept coming up asking us what it was that we had ordered. For the way they were staffed the service was horrible..

Pizza was dry. You order the type of pizza you prefer to eat and then they put it on the the bar for everyone and don’t let you know they it has been put up there once out of the oven.

Stopped in on our nway hunting. They still have the buffet. There were plenty of choices for most any Pizza Hut pizza you could want. The pizzas had plenty of toppings. They had a fresh salad bar with all the makings. There were no wilted or bad looking veggies. Waitress was very nice. All staff were nice. If your in the area, this is a good choice for pizza.

I would first like to send a huge shout out to Miss Montana and Mr. Trey(I think is his name). Two of the hardest workers there always going out of there way for me. 98% of the time they always have my drink and cup of olives sitting at my table before I make it there!!! And, keep up the excellent work in the community!!! That being said, the last two times I was there, including tonight, you could tell the owner wasn’t there(obviously he has a life and needs time off too). Service was a little more laid back than usual with him gone. The last time I was there service was great but one of the employees was arguing over the schedule with whom I presume was the manager or assistant manager and attempted to quit in front all the guests dining. No harsh words were exchanged but it was still unprofessional and service was disrupted slightly when most of the cooks and wait staff gathered around or went out side to try to get the young lady to not quit. Tonight’s service was great except some stares I got from a customer when the waitress I had that took over from my waitress told a couple at the table infront of me that they were out of tea and weren’t making any more tonight at just a little after 7:15. She turned around less than five minutes later and asked me if I wanted more tea. After that I could see and hear the couple talking to each other wondering why I could get some more tea and they were told they couldn’t have any because they were out and not making any. Based on the owner, excellent customer service, and community out reach I still highly reccomend Pizza Inn of Wiggins!!!

The food really good as always, first time I’ve noticed them making the dough up as well as spreading cheese and pepperoni BARE HANDS….no gloves. Just not a good feeling about that I will have to reconsider my next visit.
