I order one pretzel with cheese and 2 hotdogs. When the guy prepared my order he asked me “Do you want your pretzels (plural) salted?” I asked ” how many did you charge me?” He said two. ” I ordered one” and then he does what you should never do to your customers. He corrected me and said “you ordered two.” . At the end of my visit, I had to come back and get my cheese which he failed to give me, which is what I ordered in the first place. And for the record, dont order pretzels here. Both the pretzel, and the cheese were cold…..like the service.
