Almost always forgetting the dips and people get charged for them still. Ordered something a couple days back and 4 garlic dips should have been with my order but weren’t each 1 is .99 but it’s still stealing from customers. Before this they didn’t send the dips on 2 other orders that came to 10 in total someone from the head office needs to visit this restaurant and retrain them.

$60 worth of garbage. Two pizzas with zero sauce. Thin cold cardboard.Third pizza raw. Completely Had to put it in the oven. Will not be ordering from them again. Literally throwing this food away. Would have been better off with cereal. Had I read the reviews I would never have ordered from here.

called to see how close to closing i could order for delivery. the woman on the phone said 20-10 mins before close, so i called 20 mins before they closed- nothing. i make an order online and it says it will be delivered in 30 mins. it said they were making the food… it never came. oh and they never answer their phone. i used to go here a lot as it’s close to my house but i guess it’s time to find somewhere els

Pizza not only now charges 6 dollars for delivery, They also use door dash and don’t tell you until after the order has been placed. I got a text from Pizza Hut saying my order was out for delivery at 6:16pm. I then got another text telling me it was door dash delivering with a link to the dasher. The dasher hadn’t even gotten to the store yet. It was 15 minutes later before the dasher picked up my order. Then, another 30 minutes before I got my order because dashers go to multiple pick up sites before doing the deliveries. Which I why I don’t use door dash. Needless to say the pizza was cold by the time I got it. I called and spoke to the store manager. And she promptly told me it wasn’t their problem and hung on me. Shame on you Pizza Hut. This will be the last time I EVER order from them.
