The customer service was a joke! The young girl who told its to sit wherever then ignored us. I picked up our menus, she finally took them, only to bring mine, after about 4 minutes I checked in on my companions, only to be told it wasn’t made! She got hers 7 minutes later

Staff was nice but the 2 large pizzas we bought were terrible! Dry hard crust toppings were dried out and we regretted spending our money on this when a frozen pizza from a grocery store taste better! Do better pizza hut!

If I could give a 0 star rating I so would. I went the day after Christmas with some family members there was 20 in the party and the location only had 2 people inside . I asked a nice employee if it was ok to sit with a big party she said yes. As soon as we sat down the extremely rude manager Christine asked if we had a reservation which is weird because it’s Pizza Hut lol and they host sports team that come for local games. Then we asked if we could move 1 table which 2 very sweet employees tried to help but Christine said we couldn’t have 1 extra table because it was a “fire hazard” . Where we sat there was chairs and baby chairs blocking the exit door which is a fire hazard so us needing one small table shouldn’t have been an issue considering we weren’t blocking that exit and we were bringing a good amount of business in. Some of our orders were never put in and other items were missing & The whole time we were there Christine was terrible and we will never bring our business back to this establishment

Switched to doordash without letting customer know before hand. Pizza company that doesnt deliver pizza??? Crazy. Food was just left on door step for over 10 minutes in the snow. Dominos NEVER would do this.
