I have figured out this location. If you tip well, even when you carryout, you get amazing food. When you don’t tip well, you get bad food. This picture should be a hand tossed crust. It is thin, overcooked, and tough. It might as well be a thin and crispy. I order from this location at least 3-4 times a month, always carryout. I normally tip 7-10$. This time I tipped $3 because their website was charging me an extra 3$ for my $10 one topping carryout because my other pizza was a stuffed crust. So I took it off the tip. My son is 6 and has no top teeth, he can barely eat this pizza. I cut off the crust and cut it into pieces. But know I know if I can’t tip enough, I’m going to Domino’s.

would give it zero if i could. ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sets of wings for delivery waited 20 mins past expected delivery time and then called, was left on hold for 23mins the first time and second time was on hold for 7 more mins and finally went in to see what was going on. when arrived pizza was just sitting in the hotcase. tlked to the man up front told him i was there for my food and he ade me sign a reciept then procceded to look at my reciept and made a scarky comment “oh thank you for the tip” which i tipped over $10. so paid for my food to be delivered with a delivery tip just to have to go get it myself. great management.

It seems like this pizza hut always messes up my orders. I order bone in bbq wings 6 boneless Buffalo wings. I order pan crust and get hands tossed. It’s absolutely disappointing, and the gentleman insists it’s a pan. I only eat pan pizza. I know the difference. So frustrating. I am definitely over this location and will not order again from here.

I wish I could give no stars…. ordered thru online, my order was passed off to doordash and doordash cashed it out at the store then canceled. I called was hung up on so I went to the store. The pizza was made however if I hadn’t gone there my money would NOT have been refunded “It would have gone to corporate”… said an employee who had no knowledge of the phone usage because he hung up on me, let alone the non refund/ refund he initially stated would be refunded in 24hrs to a week…Last time I’ll ever order from here and never delivery again.

Open till 12 but in reality closed at 10? What sort of business does that? When I entered it was empty, ovens were on full, and no one appeared until i had to call out, they refused me any service. Nothing but lazy bums.

Just got back from the hospital after having food poisoning. Tried to call Pizza Hut and let them know they had a problem with their Alfredo sauce. That’s the only thing I ate! They hang up as soon as food poison is mentioned!!!

I would literally give this store 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza for delivery about a month ago and it never got it. I called and the hotline would transfer me and nobody would pick up, I called 5 times & was just on hold for 20+ minutes. When i got to the store, no one knew where the pizza was, they claimed a door dasher delivered it, even though i didn’t order through door dash. To make up for it they gave me a voucher. I gave my mom the voucher she tried to use it today and they said it wasn’t valid because she didn’t know my Pizza Hut account info? They weren’t accepting credit card payments so my mom drove all the way down there for nothing. I came to another Pizza Hut on 52nd & they took the voucher without me having to confirm my account info. Therefore, the employees there were lying or I’m not sure what this stores problem is, but all the employees there are unprofessional and so unhelpful.

I want to share how my pizza arrived. it was disgusting, falling apart, cold and just gross. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes now because apparently you can no longer call a store direct. You go through a freaking call center. So how does a customer call for a mistake? how do you get your pizza replaced? if you are on hold with a darn call center. what in the world. terrible service. just freaking terrible.
