Received an incorrect item, when I called the store I sat on hold for over 20 minutes. Hung up, called called again just to be hung up on. Had to call corporate to get ahold of someone, very poor customer service at the store level. Happens every order almost. At this point I’m surprised when it’s not messed up. Love Pizza Hut but I’ll probably stick with dominoes from now on.

There have been 3 times that I have not had my pizza delivered. There’s really no excuse as I live just down the street from them. They take the money out of my account, don’t deliver my food for one reason or the other and then I have to wait 3 or 4 days for them to put the money back into my account. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I went in to order a pizza this evening and had the honor and privilege to talk to Sabeee, who greeted me. She exemplified true amazing customer service and was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind, but answered all my questions and offered me the best deal for the cash I brought with me! Top that, she was very charming and made me smile! 100% kudos to Sabeee! Please give her a raise/promotion, and keep her around! She’s a wonderful asset to Pizza Hut! I wish her all the best!

I laced an order with them last night at 10:40pm via the app, then it just continued to say my order was being made until after they closed. Nothing ever got delivered and when I tried calling I just got a recording of someone saying my order was canceled… okay, not the best way to find out but if they canceled my order then why didn’t they refund me? Now I have to wait until they open to try and deal with it and hope I can get my money back. I feel like every single time I place an order with them there’s always some issue and its getting old.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Placed our order, with cash payment, at 544pm through the Pizza Hut app. At 654 I got a notification that my order had been assigned to Doordash. A few minutes later, the dasher notified us that they had a 2nd order to pick up at the same location and they were still waiting. Our food showed up, finally, at about 725. The dasher acted like he didn’t know how to handle the cash transaction, and the worst part of the whole thing? OUR FOOD WAS COLD!!!!

I placed an order with an estimate of 25-35 minutes, when I called after 45 minutes they said the delivery driver called me multiple times, to which I told the them I did not receive any calls. I corrected the issue with the store. They told me the driver was on his way with my order and it would be about 10 minutes. When I called back after 30 minutes they said the delay was my fault and wouldn’t compensate me.

Only order on slow days don’t expect you pizza to be good especially if you ask for extra ingredients. Staff is nice tho. I’m tired of getting disappointing orders getting credits for those orders and then getting just as disappointed after asking for it to be corrected. I’m just going to get the cheese sticks from now on you can’t be disappointed with cheese sticks

I’ve order a couple times from here while I’m at work since North Everett Domino’s burned down.. (May it rest in peace Y.Y) and every time I’m disappointed. Like tonight I couldn’t understand the delivery driver over the phone, the cookie pizza tastes like they pre make it and put it in a warmer, the bread sticks both regular and cheesy have no flavor, the marinara tastes water, just don’t do it. Order a sandwich from Jimmy John’s or something instead.
