Pizza would have been better if it was actually delivered warm. I understand using doordash for your deliverys. At least give them warm bags. Also warn the customer that you are using Doordarsh instead of telling them after the pizza was already made. So annoying.

Out of pasta, extremely rude “Manager on Duty”. Unprofessional and should not be in a position where customer service skills are required. Instead of sending my order or calling to say they were out, asking if I would like to replace it…..they sent breadsticks…..ice cold breadsticks. When asked about using the credit for a pizza, manager stated no, it can only be used for pasta. And then stated that they were in the middle of the rush and hung up.

I ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza , it was delivered & was almost burnt. I’m very disappointed my Sis & I wanted to have a special treat , but instead we got a burnt treat , I called it pizza chips !

The pizza is good (I had to dock an extra star because the pizza has too much sugar in it somewhere….) And the service is normal for this type of place. It’s not perfect, but no major problems with any regularity. I prefer Dominos pizza myself, but still come here for Wings Wednesday.

When did they start charging for each topping that should already be on the pizza. If your boxes say it’s 25.99 then it should be 25.99 not no 29.99. If you change your price in store than you should change the price as well on your website.

This is the best Pizza Hut. My order always looks exactly as expected. When I pick up, people are nice. When I get delivery, it is fast and the delivery drivers are friendly. It is close to home. They have a few parking spots right up front, I’ve never had a problem parking. They do a great job.

My pizza was hot, fresh and ready in 10 minutes, though they had 3 other orders in. Customer service was nice, smiling and friendly. I typically only get pizza hut as a self treat and it was 100% that. A delicious treat.
