John is awesome! We have frequented this Pizza Hut for 10 years and honestly it’s been inconsistent. Since John has been there we have received stellar service, perfect pizza and wings every time! You can tell he cares about doing a good job, it totally shows. He has a great attitude, always seems to be in a good mood, and always asks how my day is going. The service industry is hard, it’s difficult to keep that positive demeanor but he does every time. I work for a Pizza company and have half a mind to tell our District Manager to try and poach him away from y’all.

Their online system is horrible. They’re in store staff at River Road doesn’t give a care about your experience and their pizza now tastes like card board. And they won’t do anything to make it right except add a small credit. I’m never going to the river road location again. Use the one on willamette st if you can. The manager and people there are nice and the last time I had their pizza it was wonderful.

Terrible experience. Our 2 pizzas cost 37.98, and they ran our card twice! Once for 45.58 and a second transaction for 47.98. When we asked, they said it was because of the 2 dollar tip we left. In what world does 37.98 plus 2.00 equal almost a hundred bucks? Also, we had to leave without the situation fixed because it takes them 24 hours to be able to look at the redirect card transactions in their computer. Needless to say, we will never return to this pizza hut.

Surprisingly good. It’s been years since I’ve had pizza hut. The stuffed crust pepperoni was great. Wings were ok. Pasta and breadsticks were excellent.

Out for delivery for 30 mins before it showed. Called the place, he said she was doing 3 deliveries plus mine. We live 10 mins from their location. Was not warm or hot. Will be picking up next time and saving the tip and delivery charge.

I received my delivery, and one of my pizzas was incorrect. Tried calling to get it fixed or credit of some kind, but your phone doesn’t work? I get the automated message and then push 3 to talk to an employee. The operator comes on and says my call can not be completed! So I call back and push 1 to order, I get a pizzahut call center, not local, I tell her what’s going on and she says she will transfer me to the River rd store, I’m on hold then the operator comes on again saying the same thing! WTH!? I had to contact them through the app. Could not get a hold of this store at all. Extremely frustrating!

We ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to our home. The food came quickly, was prepared as ordered and was HOT! My husband is severely immune compromised, so when we order take out to be delivered, I always request that the driver/delivery person wear a mask when they come to our door, to help protect my husband. The young man who delivered our food this time, was very kind, and respectful, wearing a mask to our door, while he handed me our food, all the way back to his car. We truly appreciated the kindness and respect this young man showed to our family. THANK YOU! Pizza Hut on River Rd., Eugene, OR has always been and will always be our choice to order Pizza Hut Pizza!

Amazing Pizza Hut isn’t available anymore in our area so I was very excited to see one here in Eugene Oregon and we were able to go inside and sit down at the bistro style seating and enjoy our dinner very busy little mini Pizza Hut same awesome taste and friendly service thank you for being here I can’t wait to visit again

When I arrived at the pizza hut parking lot for my contactless curbside pickup, I saw on my email that my pizza was ready one minute before I arrived. I hit the button saying I was here. After no-one came out after 9 minutes I walked in to get my pizza. There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell for service. A couple minutes later a grumpy guy came out from the back and handed me my pizza. Without saying a word he just turned his back and walked away. When I got home and opened my pizza there was a quarter size cardboard burnt oil soaked disc on my pizza. Yuck
