Called the call center twice and both times they insisted that the location was open till 9pm. Showed up at 630 and location was closed. I only called first because I went the night before and same thing, closed. Hard to support a business if you never know when they are going to be open

The Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushroom pizza was piping hot when I got it home. The pizza was in its box inside a warming oven when I picked it up. Great idea! My sister is visiting from France & Tahiti. She was craving a great American, marinara sauce, based pizza. She got it last night. We all commented how delicious the pizza was. Thank you so much, Martin.

The website showed my preference on toppings, but apparently I did not correctly indicate that this is what I again wanted. I got a plain pizza for the cost of a 3-topping pizza. The cashier did not open the box for my inspection. When I called the branch, the person on the phone declined to provide any adjustment. When I called the Pizza Hut complaints number, the person on the phone was helpful and is routing my concern to someone in the company who can possibly resolve my concern.

The personal pan pizza was disappointing. The order stated light cheese and there was extra cheese. Also, states extra mushrooms and charged for it and there were mushroom crumbs, it was minimal amount. Very disappointing. The pride in making Pizza Hut pizzas has declined. There was a time when pizzas from Pizza Hut was something to look forward to because of the quality of the pizza. I almost exclusively use the app to order ahead, and it’s great. The stores workers always gets my special orders down. Only gripe is the store counter is small, and your order is placed in a box in the side. I hate to grab any bag, as people can make mistakes, but the workers on the line are busy. Also, if there are multiple orders, the box can get crammed.

Pizza is always hit or miss regardless of who makes it. I have ordered from this location several times and it’s the people that make the difference. They have always greeted me with a smile and said simple things like: How are you, Have a great day/night etc. Things people are supposed to say but many times we forget.

Ordered online 2 hours prior to my pick up time, when I got there they told me “a couple of minutes” 20 minutes later I had to go up to the counter as I see all these other orders get handed out and asked “how’s my order” and told them my name again. The person went to the kitchen, someone came out and took 2 seconds to find my order that has been ready for sometime! geez..

Personal pan pizza was great but, regular pan pizza was a little short on cheese. Everything else was great. Toppings amount was okay but, wish there was a little more. I do understand that times are hard so that was not the reason i gave only a “agree”. It was the cheese.

My pizza arrived in about 20 mins, which is crazy fast! It was still very warm, but also cheesy and delicious. All the cheese/toppings were still on my pizza and not on the inside of the box…whohoo! PH got my toppings and crust type and flavoring correct and there was extra cheese! My driver was super chill, so I gave him a nice big tip too. This PH is so so dope 😉 Keep up the great work, guys! Every time i have a take out order, Pizza Hut NEVER provided carry out bag, what if I am someone who does not drive and have to walk or take a bus, and have take 4 or 6 boxes?? Restaurant should ALWAYS provides carry out bag there is no excuse for not providing it. Yes, pizza box is different shape, then design the bag accordingly.
