Terrible experience, I ordered a new york pizza and I was told that I ordered a cheese instead of pepperoni which I know what I ordered. I also ordered the melts. Food was flavorless. Not good. Will never order here again! The person who answered the phone was not trying to fix the issue I had with my order. I always thought the customer is always right!

Ordered delivery at 510 pm and the order left pizza hut at 540 pm. This is fine. I live 6 minutes from here. At 630 pm I tried to call. This is where the problems really start. I understand some drivers have multiple stops but just under an hour was a long time. The phone line has an option for “concerns” but when I click on it, I ended up listening to ads from Craig Robinson for 11 minutes until I hung up. I called again and selected “order pizza” and was immediately placed with a person. I explained the situation and they transferred me to the store (apparently it was just a pizza hut call center and not the local store). I was on hold another 6 minutes. At 7pm, I went to the store and explained the situation. The driver was from Door Dash. No idea what happened to the food. They remade my order and gave me a soda. I asked for a refund of the delivery fee and driver tip. I figure since I became my own driver that became voided. They didn’t have a manager on duty and was told to visit in the morning (during my working hours). Tried calling. Local store does not answer phone. Communications is the massive problem here. The extra star is for the employee who redid everything. He did what he could without putting up a fight. Otherwise I would have left it at a 1 star. Will never order delivery here again. May never order here again.

Worst branch ever!!! ordered at 4:50pm, i called at 614pm , lady told me thqt it woukd get here at 627. At 640pm I looked outside and driver had left it on my porch steps! I did not ask for contactless since i give cash tip. ALSO, it was missing my 2 wing orders. The phone service is useless. They kepted transfering me to the branch and they never answer. It is now 10:48pm and still cant get anyone on the phone. Where is my refund! Horrible! never again

Believe it or not, I enjoy their pizza cold. I didn’t like that you have to pay for cheese & pepper packs now. Crazy, must not be doing well if you have to charge for such a small condiment to put on your pizza. Customer service was decent & speed of service was quick! Miss living near this place, sucks how things have changed

I mostly prefer to order from Pizza hut and I am a buyer from 4 years. This time they made my pizza tasteless with no visible marinara sauce and no salt. Cheese was way to less and crust was also dry. I was always happy with my previous orders. I don’t know who made it this time. really tasteless. I had to throw some pieces.
