The pizza was good and i ordered for delivery. My order was $35 and when I gave the two $20 bills the delivery man got them both but did not give any change. However he gave me a free ranch so it was all good.

I ordered a pizza and a 2L pop to be delivered contactless to my sick brother. online it says they will knock at the door and stand at a safe distance until someone answers. the app showed the pizza in route. this is still what the app shows me. it still does not reflect on the tracking. STILL TODAY OVER 15 hours later, the app does not state that any delivery has been made. I also never got a text message from Pizza Hut, STILL TODAY OVER 15 hours later, saying the pizza had been delivered, it ONLY states that the pizza is out for delivery. after over an hour and a half last night, I called the restaurant and they said they don’t deliver that way. they just leave it outside the door (delivery was to an apartment). ridiculous!! and I have screenshots of all of this, if necessary to show someone. if someone had knocked on the door, he would have gotten up to answer it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The worst experience ever. I went to pickup my order. I paid and came to my car and realized i forgot chilli flakes and went back in. No one was at the counter. I said excuse me twice and waited a while but no one came. I moved to the front of the kitchen door. And said excuse me can you send someone please The guy working in the Kitchen named Danavin told me “they will come when they can come. Now move away from the door” i was three to four feet away from the door in the lobby at this point. The manager came when i raised my voice. She did not even apologize once for her employee. So please dont go to this place

I ordered a large supreme pizza and a box of their cinnamon sticks. The pizza was completely dry like it was old and they did not give me the icing for the cinnamon sticks! They gave me marinara sauce for the bread sticks instead. While ordering online, they make sure to let their customers know if they want 100% contactless delivery, to pay with card and tip online. Which I did! I also check marked their leave at door option and made sure to instruct the deliverer to leave everything at the door. When he arrived he rang the doorbell and waited there, then he knocked on the door for someone to come out. There is no point in checking leave at door, typing instructions, as well as following their “for 100% contactless delivery instructions if they do not follow it themselves! Waste of a tip and money spent here.

First of all when I came to pick my pizza it seems like your employee has a problem with me asking about when my pizza is going to be then after we get that straight I checked my pizza it supposed to be a meat lovers with extra Italian really it doesn’t seem like they put any Italian sausage on it at all then I go to ask for my money he tells me that he can’t put my money back on my card you can only give me credit for the next time really I don’t think it’ll be a next time for this because your employees are very very very rude

Bought 3 pizza. Paid $2 extra for extra toppings on the Supreme and didn’t get anything at all. It looks just like the regular amount of toppings. Don’t pay extra for any extra topping. Not worth it. Also, got meat lover and you would expect a bunch of meat. However, that was not the case. $22+ for each pizza was not worth it.
