Pizza Hut has changed. The breadsticks were leathery and tough to chew. The Chicken Alfredo pasta was dry and smaller than expected. Pizza was ok, but I spent $20 on a medium pizza and almost $40 (including tip) on mostly terrible food. Curbside pickup, however, was fine. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t order again.

Rude customer service. They called because they were missing an item and when asked what they had to replace it, they talked over and stated, “okay you want this” then hung up. Food doesn’t come as ordered. Meat lovers calzone came as just crust and cheese, no meat. This has happened twice now.

We ordered the family meal with two medium pizzas, breadsticks and chicken wings. The pizzas were missing have the cheese n toppings!! Very dry! The chicken wings were breaded. And the breadsticks were too dry. I was very disappointed. It used to be my favorite pizza for years!

2 hours after our order, my husband looks out our front door to see if we can see anyone coming, and our pizza is sitting on our porch stone cold. We had been waiting by our door and never got a knock or door bell ring. Starving, I called Pizza Hut about it, and the lady was talking over me saying “this happens all the time. This happens all the time” “it’s because we utilize DoorDash when we’re busy” “I’m jus trying to explain to you why this happened” and if this really happens all the time, how are you in business?? I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut and DoorDashed Pizza Hut several times from this location and never had an issue. I spent $74 dollars for stone cold pizza, and she offered a credit for next time or to remake it. But my husband and I haven’t eaten all day, and we’re not waiting longer for them to give us our order correctly. I just hope the supposed credit they added to our phone number actually works next time and this doesn’t happen again. How can you “utilize DoorDash” and never tell the customer their pizza was there? Not a text. Not a call. Not an update on the site. Fifteen minutes before my husband went to our porch, the site updated to tell us it was on the way. But obviously that wasn’t true. I would’ve preferred a refund for this awful service.

Ordering food at a less than 4 star rated location seemed a bit wishful and as it tuned out their pizza is not at all good. Pizza Hut should reconsider continuing their franchise. The location on a busy highway is the only thing going for them! We barely eat it so gave major portion to a homeless starving person found at the near by Walmart (feel a bit sorry for him but trashing food felt not wise!).

Understaffed on a holiday weekend. When I mentioned it to whom I believe was a manager (based on uniform) she replied with “oh I forgot it was a holiday”. My pizza came out first then I waited an extra 15 minutes for them to make garlic knots because they forgot to put it in the oven. Seems to be very poor organization in this store. Based on some ticks I observed it appears that there’s heavy drug use by the one of the employees in charge. When I got home and went to eat my pizza I realized it wasn’t even cut. I was offered $5 credit to apply towards my next visit but I won’t return to this location, ever! Even If I was offered free food.

Horrible pizza. One pizza wasn’t even cooked. They were 40 minutes late. Pizzas were cold. Couldn’t reach anyone at store cs line was no help. Stay away from this location and it’s inability to provide customers complete service.
