I ordered a Big Dinner Bix Deal with an order of wings. We were quoted 48 to 58 minutes. Waited over 2 hours for my order. I called 3 different times to check the status of my order and twice the phone rang until and employee picked up and immediately hung up on me. By time we got our food everything was so cold. We had to reheat our entire meal.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a few months after a bad experience . Decided to finally give them another opportunity and give them another try. Bought the Dinner Box that they offer at a great deal. My order came out wrong, food was cold and sauce was tangy compared to other experiences. Very disappointed with their quality will not be having them for another few months. Speed was great though but would of liked quality first.

They could not deliver for some reason. They triple charged our credit card. Still charged us the tip we had put on the original order, when we had to go pick it up. It was supposed to be a large but i am pretty sure it was a medium. On top of that it was cold! We will not be going back.
