I give them a 5 star for the taste and customer service. But I give them 2 stars on the online ordering part. I ordered 1 boneless and 1 bone-in and got both in. I haven’t called to mention it. But I am going to being it to their attention. They need to pay better attention. It’s a simple mistake but to me it’s a big deal.

They over charge for Delivery, Service Fee plus the tip. For 2 toppings over $22.00. I ordered 1 2 topping pizza 1 6 piece of wings 1. Individual pizza with 2 toppings and 1 order of Cinnamon sticks. My order came out to $88.00. Last time we will ever order from Pizza Hut. And we got sick! Like food poison.!

There are multiple fees in the ordering process that increase the total significantly before you even tip your delivery driver. Plus prices have increased. Not satisfied with the increases cost on something that used to cost me under $50 (which is still a lot for fast food pizza) this time cost me $66+… But the delivery staff is always great and super polite and take proper precautions.
