I know the rating for this Pizza Hot location is low but I was surprised the call I received after 10-15 minutes of placing the order online for “delivery” option: One lady called me and told me that they didn’t do delivery, I was a little surprised about that since the online platform does have the “delivery” option for this location. Then, I asked “are you going to refund the delivery charge and tips to the driver since I have to pick up?”, the lady says “No we can’t do that but we can cancel your order”. That was “great” experience.

Ordered just yesterday, stuffed crust pepperoni, website was acting up so the price wasn’t the deal price. Called the store on Alessandro and let them know. The lady informed her manager, manager said to replace order before they could cancel the order so I did. Called back like they said to let them know I did what I was told. They said they received it. When the pizza got here it looked and tasted like if it was made earlier that day. Pizza was thin crust also and it had sausage and onion which I didn’t order those toppings. Thanks to this experience I won’t be ordering here anymore. I rather pay my money to another pizza place that will deliver what I ordered and that makes sure its fresh like it should be when someone orders.

This pizza hut definitely needs some new training & new management cause all these bad reviews & my experience is outrageous . I went to this location because my son wanted pizza for dinner so I order online for curbside . When I get to the location I call & they express to me that they no longer do curbside so why the hell is it an option to do so ? Fine , whatever , I ask is my pizza ready cause that’s what it’s saying on the app . The girl with the blonde & black hair says no about 10 more minutes . As I’m sitting here watching everything thru the window you have people standing around talking , & your saying it’s going to be 10 more mins when I ordered about 25 mins ago ? So I ask for the higher ups number , “ ohhh we don’t have that “ . At this point I’m visibly upset so I hang up . As I’m watching thru the window I can see the girl with the black n blonde hair shrugging her shoulders n laughing . When I go inside about 10 mins later they are looking for my pizza & again the girl with the black n blonde hair tosses my pizza across the counter to me . ABSOLUTELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL you shouldn’t work in customer service if your not willing to work with the customer . I definitely will be putting in a complaint with upper management .

I love Pizza Hut in Los Angeles but this store on Alessandro, ain’t the one, wings came out looking like dry chicken nuggets with minimal sauce. When I buy them in LA, the wings are dripping in the sauce and here it’s just like a chicken nuggets drizzled.. pizza wasn’t even cut properly smh

I ORDERED MY MEAL AND SET IT UP TO BE DELIVERED THE ORDERED WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELVIERED AT 4:45 PM AT 5:10 I CALLED THE STORE BECUSE I HAD NOT RECEIVED Y FOOD AND WHEN I CHECKED THE TRACKING IT SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE 35 TO 45 MINUTES BY THIS TIME IT WAS ALREADY OVER AN HOUR FROM WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I CALLED IN TO THE STORE THE BOY THAT ANSWERED INFORMED ME THATTHEY HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR DRIVER BUT HE WOULD BE LEAVING THE STORE SOON AND MY ORDER WAS HIS FIRST STOP I ASKED IF THE FOOD WOULD BE COLD WHEN HE ARRIVED TO WHICH HE RESPONDED NO ITS BEEN IN THE HOT BOX THIS WHOLE TIME. I WAITED FOR HIM TO ARRIVE 20 MORE MINUTES PASSED FROM WHEN I HUNG UP WITH HIM AND HE CALLED ASKING WHAT APARTMENT I WAS IN I TOLD HIM I LIVE IN A HOUSE HE THEN ASKED ME MY ADDRESS AND I VERIFIED THE ADDRESS HE HAD WHICH IS A HOUSE HE SAID OHH IM IN THE WRONG PLACE ILL BE THERE IN 10 MINUTES HE ARRIVED ALMOST 25 MINTUES LATER. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THE PIZZA WAS HARD AS IT HAD COME OUT OF THE OVEN OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF EARLIER. TO SY I WAS UPSET WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED A REFUND FOR FOOD BEFORE AND I BELIEVE I DESERVE ONE FOR THIS ORDER THE ONLY ITEM I RECEVED THAT WAS WARM NOT HOT WARM WAS THE PASTA BUT THATS PROVBABLY DUE TOT HE ALUMINUM CONATAINER. WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND?

Pizza delivered with nothing on it. Manager went back and forth with me about the pizza. I had to ask for a resoultion. The pizza was so hard like a potato chip. Im disgusted. Alfredo wouldnt give me a refund but said someone can deliver the pizza in 3 hours. Manager sound like he really didnt care I was unsatisfied with the pizza as I did not order it that way! I wont be going to this location ever again dont waste your time! Go somewhere else!!!!!!

Don’t bother ordering delivery at 10pm they take it but don’t honor it. Ordered mine at 10:30pm when it closes at 12am and never showed up even tho they took in my order.
