Staff was nice. Wait time was too long for the quality received: 35min. Pizza was good. Pasta was good. Breadsticks were good. Cookie was not good. It was overcooked and hard and crispy to the bite. The crust was so crispy, it became dust when you squeezed it, the photo I uploaded shows a bad cookie. I also ordered 12 wings with bone in, primarily to give the bones to my dogs. After waiting 30min, the lady told me that they didn’t have chicken wings with bones, and if I would take 20 boneless wings instead. I said, sure, thinking I was getting a deal. Not quite: I got what appeared to be the tiniest chicken wing popcorn bites. I paid $20something for full wings but got small sub-par tiny chicken popcorn bites sold in the hood as wings, I’m adding a photo as well. I placed a “wing” on the fork for size comparison. Was the Pizza good? Yes. Would I come here for tiny pop corn wings sold as full priced wings and to get a burnt cookie while I wait in a hot pizza hut? Nah.

Whoever this guy is that works night times, tonight happens to be Sunday night, is extremely rude. Tonight I stood at that counter for about five minutes before he even acknowledged me and I can understand that people get busy but it looked like he was taking his sweet time no smiles and pretty much no words out of his mouth at all. So I, with a cheerful attitude, ask how is your night going pretty busy huh and he just looks at me with an irritated look and this is the second time I’ve experienced that same reaction. Last time I came to pick up an order he forgot the whole 2 Liter smh hopefully district manager will see this and have a talk with management about his attitude cause that is not a great representation for the company.

Every time I don’t ask to make sure that the hut favorite crust is on my pizza and give them the benefit of the doubt, they forget the hut favorite crust. I shouldn’t have to remind them EVERY SINGLE time. And I come here almost weekly. When I tell them to make sure it’s correct, they get it correct. But I shouldn’t have to remind them to get my order correct for my order to be correct. It should be correct to begin with! You guys need to start double checking that the order is correct before handing it off.

Horrible customer service. They never have drivers when you order delivery, they called me 5 minutes later and tell me I have to pick my order up and they still charged me the delivery fees. And when I call back the girl gave me a huge attitude because I wanted to complain and she wouldn’t even let me complain to her boss she replied With “oh I’m scared” something has to be done with these people.

Pizza was good but whoever delivered was the laziest person ever. He parked in front of the apartments even though the gate was open and when I got my order he popped his trunk open and told me to get it myself looks like I’m not tipping if I order again he shouldn’t work if he doesn’t like to do his job
