This specific Pizza Hut has not let me down yet. I been here many times and every time I come here, my order is as expected, just what I asked for. I always order by phone and I’m always greeted by employees, they’re never rude to me and they never rush me. I’ve had good customer service here on ever visit. The pepperoni pizza here is good, and I know it’s the same thing just smaller, but I feel like the personal pan pizza is way better than a regular sized one. I never have to wait that long either for my pizza to be ready, it’s always done under 15 minutes. I didn’t like the wings so much, they were a little bit too soggy, but besides that it’s consistent and it’s what you would expect a Pizza Hut to taste like.

Piizza not hot. They could not find order, so had to go inside to pick up. Scheduled to be brought out to car. After 10 min. Of waiting went in and they couldn’t find order right away. Brought it home, barely warm.

The Detroit Pizza was not as advertised. We ordered the meat lover’s. There was one piece of pepperoni per slice if that and no bacon. Way more sauce, probably to cover up that there was so little meat. The cheese did not come any where near the sides. HUGE disappointment!

Waited close to 1 hour for our pizza in the curbside pick up. No one ever came out. Went inside to find the order had been ready and numerous other customers that had been waiting for 1 hour. No one was following the order ready list for pick up. Terribly ran and managed. Will not be choosing Pizza Hut again from this location.

Prices have risen and quality has dropped significantly. This pizza tasted like actual disappointment. I accidentally bought a pizza on Thin Crust (their website is pretty weird to navigate, and the picture of the crust on the pizza customization page was not of an actual thin crust), and regretted it as soon as I saw it. When I tasted the pizza, my regrets were only further confirmed. It tastes like stiff cardboard or cheap stale tortillas. I don’t think my family will finish this pizza. The pasta was edible, but bland. The cheese breadsticks were the most satisfying part of the order, and the delivery. I spent close to $50 on this order, which is ridiculous. Really feeling like Pizza Hut owes me a refund for that gross pizza at least.

I WIULD NOT recommend this location for anyone to order pizza. Placed order at 2:14pm. Got confirmation that it was going to be delivered 3:31. Got a text stating it was out for delivery at 3:14. The pizza did not arrive until 3:50. The pizza it being only 2 mediums arrived cold and late. My distance from the pizza hut location is 2.7 miles. First time this happens and I would not want to order again. Other times I have ordered pizza is amazing drivers are great and overall good. Besides the pizza arriving late and cold, I tried calling the location many times and no one answered it being to order another pizza, change order, or to contact management. Very disappointed. I will strongly think twice about ordering again.

Ordered for pickup. Person at front desk talked so fast that I had to keep asking to have the questions repeated. It was like she couldn’t wait to get me out of her store. Food was ok, seems like quality has changed since we last ordered.

Last 2 visits my order has been wrong. First time I called ahead. I showed up and a pizza was missing from my order. I had to wait. Not waiting is the reason for calling ahead. Second visit my order was made wrong. I wanted pork toppings and got hamburger. Speed seems to be interfering with quality making things correct.
