Ordered two large pizzas and 2 breadsticks here a few weeks ago and it came undercooked. I gave my feedback to pizza hut and got an email from a very strange email address stating I had been refunded in pizza credit that was connected to my number for the next 30 days. Tried to order again with the credit but there is no credit connected to my number.

I have tried this pizza hut location two days ago. I ordered for pick up and the order was ready when I went to pick it up. I have seen a lot of negative reviews here but I haven’t had any issues at all. The order was quick and easy. Might go back again if I am around this area. I haven’t try delivery yet I’ll update my review if I had any issues with delivery. Thank you

My experience was very unpleasant. Love Pizza Hut but this one is pitiful. I asked for extra marinara sauce an got extra pepperoni & cheese on a sheet of crust that don’t support the toppings. Called asked for a refund and was told they aren’t able to because the order was made over. But it was still wrong. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location at all. No refund on no levels. Poor customer service and don’t listen to what the customer is asking for

Poor service from the initial call….. long hold time. I got to the Hut before they even answered. Whoever took my call took forever as they weren’t sure about specials and what they offered.I informed them I’m outside and can they please place the order. The rep verified twice that it was a pickup order even after I told them yes I’m right outside.I was also told my price included a delivery fee upping which I reminded them it’s a pick up.
