Came to this location multiple times and ordered food in person and also through UberEats. This time when I ordered my food from this location it took almos an hour for the food to be delivered. When it got delivered it was very cold I had to go back myself and complain about because I only live two minutes away from this location and how in the world was my food cold I don’t know. But this is not the point why I am writing this review, when I got there and showed them how cold this food is and burned they took it in the back and said they will remake a fresh hot food. As soon as the young man took the food I heard this girl talking in Spanish asking what happened. He told her what happened and she proceeded to say “ Oh she always comes here and complains” first of all I have never came to complain because this food was always hot and warm and ready to eat but for her to be talking like this thinking I don’t speak Spanish it is disrespectful and bad costumer service. I also called today to speak to a manager and to explain what happened but looks like the manager didn’t care much also because I didn’t hear an apology from him until I said “ I’m confused, are you not going to apologize or say anything about it? “ and he said “ oh yes I will make sure this doesn’t happen again, I’m sorry” my question is: where is the costumer service manners? Did we all forget about that? Definitely not going to this place again. There is many other pizza locations. All I can say Pizza hut you lost a good costumer yesterday.

I like Pizza Hut and most of the time it’s my go-to pizza place. However, tonight I am not happy with my order. We got 2 pizzas and neither of them were cut properly. The slices just tore up instead of the usual slice shape.

Ordered a pizza the other day for delivery. Upon delivery the pizza seal was broken , the pizza box was bent and half the toppings were stuck to the lid. Obviously the delivery driver dropped the pizza. We watched the delivery driver place the pizza in front if the door and literally run away. We called pizza hut immediately after to which they assured they would deliver another pizza w/i 25 mins. Well 40 mins later still no pizza! We called again and still got the run around. I ended up having to wait another 25-30 mins for them to make me another pizza and this time I opted to drive to pizza hut to pick up my pizza and drop off the destroyed pizza they delivered. They tried to say they delivered the second pizza, Obviously that was a lie as we sat outside after that to make sure the delivery driver wouldn’t leave another sub par pizza and run off . I ended up getting my pizza nearly two hours after placing the original order, smh. Not a good experience at all.

Ordered pizza for carry out. The pizza was late based on their ready time. I had to wait extra 20 minutes from the time. It should have been ready. Total time waiting was about 45 minutes.

On vacation, went over so many other places. Never know what you are getting plus costs were higher. So we stuck with our home town favorite and had excellent results! We can always depend on product quality and service, including delivery from Pizza Hut.
