Worst pizza ever! Nothing like the Pizza Hut 10 years ago. Ordered a Supreme and it had so few toppings you see the dough, no cheese, a couple pieces of each topping! RIDICULOUS EXCUSE FOR A PAN PIZZA!!!! AND IT COST 41.00!!!!

Usually have decent pizza but this last time I called with a complaint and the manager acted like he didn’t have record of my order when I pulled up receipt to show proof of purchase he then refused to make it right . Been coming here for years so it’s very disappointing to have such rude employees who apparently don’t even know how to do their job. What a shame . Won’t come to this location anymore .

Besides them NOT knowing how to make even slightly close similar cuts, my pizza was RAW. SO RAW THAT IT HAD NO STRUCTURE. the crust immediately separates from the body and is a soggy nightmare.

Pizza hut has to be my favorite out of the major pizza chains. This location is very clean and maintained really well. The pizzas came out really good! The price is also a great deal. If your in the neighborhood looking for some good pizza at an inexpensive price, this place will do.

My boyfriend flew in from Texas and just wanted some good pizza… we’ll needless to say they completely gave us horrible food and customer service… guy at the counter had a really bad attitude when we went in to pick up our order and asked the other lady working to ring us up when he had already been helping us. And the food well.. pizza was all marinara no cheese , wings had no buffalo sauce , they burned our bread stick and didn’t even bother to cut them or include the marinara sauce with it . Just all bad don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location .

Ordered my pizza on the app. Arrived in the time frame the app said to arrive. When I picked up the pizza it felt lukewarm. After opening the box I realized they gave me an old pizza that someone else must have ordered as it was not light on the sauce and had jalapenos in the box. I did not order jalapenos and ordered light sauce.

This is my favorite location in Spring Valley, they are always quick fresh and fast. The employees tend to be nice to me and fast, they keep things clean inside. I ordered online and sometimes it done before the time said. Keep up the good work you guys.
