I order pizza from this location quite regularly. I have never had a bad experience, my pizza is always made correctly and ready when I get there. The staff at the location is so nice, they joke with you and make you feel like home. I like that. The manager, Chuck, runs a great restaurant. I was one of his customers at the Lakeside restaurant, and I was happy to see him at the Alpine store. Thank you to the staff for always doing it right.

I was hoping to order over the phone on my way home so I could just pick up with limited wait and get home with dinner. Well my commute is usually 30 min and unfortunately I was on hold for 20 of those mins. By the time I got to the store, I was better off ordering online and waiting the 10-20 mins. The most disturbing part was that a female answered (around 5:05pm) took my phone number and name to start the order and then asked me to hold, then nothing. You should have more people on the afternoon shift or make it a point that if you start the order, you should finish it. I’ve worked at Pizza Hut before and our store rule was no more than 3 rings on phone calls and always finish the order you started. Only good part was that my online order came out at the promised time.
