My “The New Yorker” pizza was cooked to the point where there was nothing left of it. The crust was cardboard and barely any sauce. The pepperoni turned to jerky and almost no cheese. On top of all that the delivery fee is insane. I will not be back. Disgusted.

Order arrived after more than 1 hour. Order was wrong. Called restaurant to report problem and request refund but was put on hold and then they hung up. Tried calling several times but no one would pick up the phone. I went to the store and manger refused giving me a refund stating that she (Hayley) was not authorized to do so. Was given a store credit for $14 but was unable to get a refund for the pizza I never received. Terrible experience at this store. Will not be ordering from that Pizza Hut store again. Thanks, Sami

This Pizza Hut location has terrible customer service and delivery. I ordered boneless wings, brownie, pepsi soda, and Cajun fries. The cajun fries did not show up. When I called the location to let them know that I did not get the fries that I ordered, someone hung up on me. I repeatedly called back and was given the run around. Customer Service was extremely terrible and unsanitary.
