Silly location! Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a pasta and drove to pick it up. After we got our food there was no marinara sauce. We asked where it was and they said if you ordered breadsticks (a full order) with pasta you don’t get marinara sauce?? How dumb. On top of that we asked for red pepper packs and cheese packs for our pizza and they said you have to pay for each one. Terrible location if they are gonna be THAT stingy. All the drinks had no lids and no napkins. Save your money and time and go to dominos or pizza guys.

Ordered online at 4:09 supposedly delivered at 4:30 called store at 5:10 and was told that it was already delivered but that they would send out another order. Still with no communication as far as when it would be on its was or when it was delivered, had to call again at 6:10 to ask for my money back and was told “I’ll just cancel the order , if you see the driver just tell him to bring it back”

I order the big dinner box with pasta and when I got there my pizza wasn’t ready and I order it 25 min before I got there. Then when I got home the pizzas looked nasty, tasted nasty and were completely dry out. They didn’t even look like pan pizza. Also the pasta was over cooked and the top layer was all dried out. They really need to change how they make their food because this was the second time I had bad food there. I guess next time I’ll wait 35 mins and order from the Pizza hut on Euclid instead of paying for bad food. I didn’t take it back because I wasn’t going to waste 30 min of driving and gas to wait for them to make me a new one.

I recommend carry out only for Pizza Hut. Paid 82 dollars for two medium specialty pizzas, 2 liter Pepsi, and breadsticks. Thought that was insane but I went through with it. When the pizzas arrived the first thing I noticed is how small these pies were and immediately realized this place is a rip off.

Never will I eat at this location again. There was a chemical in my pizza. It was on the sauce. It tasted like the smell of paint. It tasted like a chemical and burned my mouth. I have a toddler and he ate 2 slices of the pizza so I am worried for my son. I hope workers aren’t purposely trying to poison food here.

Horrible place to order food. Got pizza from this place last night while celebrating new years eve just to spend the night sick along with the rest of my family. Food tasted Horrible the so called manager or who ever she is didn’t want to refund us the money and gave us excuses talking about she never heard of anybody getting sick. Well after reading the other negative comments I can safely say this place is a dirty disgusting establishment to do business with. I will be reporting this place and I’ll make sure that others know the horrible experience we are having starting the year because of the negligence of this food establishment. To top it of she lied about the amount she could give back. Another person clearly stated she got her 50 back but we were told we couldn’t get it. I’m writing this as I lay in bed sick from the food we thought was safe to eat! Would give this place a negative 5 if I could
