Walked in and placed order. Told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I go up to ask about my order and he pulls it out of the warmer! They NEVER called out my name. And I was in clear view of the counter the whole time I was waiting. I expressed my discontent and asked why they never called my name or description of the pizzas, SOMETHING! ESPECIALLY since I heard them call out other order names!!! He had no answer! I wished I had checked their reviews before ordering. I would NOT have ordered. And I WON’T be visiting this pizza hut again. Oh yea, pizza was over cooked! I’m guessing from sitting in the warmer!

Stood at the counter with a coworker to order lunch for about 10 minutes. Yelled out to the folks in the back… Nope. The lobby doors maybe open but nobody wants to let you order or serve you. We went to Habit for burgers instead. If you want business, you need to be at least minimally responsive. Smdh

Very disgusted on the way we received our pizza. I opened the box and to my surprise there is slices missing and wings missing. I am never ordering from here again and discourage anyone else from doing so. Just plain nasty people handling our food.

The employee Desiree left me sitting by myself waiting for my pizza for over 30 minutes claiming that she couldn’t see me. The Pizza Hut was completely unoccupied yet she claimed that she was busy. She’s very rude and very smug about her unprofessional manner toward me. She made it seem as if it was my fault for not coming up to her sooner. I will not be coming here again.

The young guy that initially took my order did not know what he was doing. So he had to get the manager to take my order. The manager, she did a good job taking my order. It took about 10 minutes for my order. Not to bad, but they need to either train up their employees or hire more experienced workers.

Went in and placed a take out order. I looked at my receipt at home and realized that they charged me a service charge ( I went in and placed my order) and that there was a tip added. There was no signage informing customers of this service charge or that they add their own tip. Next time I will remember to look at my receipt before leaving
